I just purchased 2 Roblox cards for the kids. Got them home and couldn't redeem them. They both were damaged. So I took them to be told sorry. There's nothing we can do. Now the girls don't have cards and the $20 is gone. Bad customer service ?

I enjoying shopping over there. I just think Cashier need to be honest. They need to improve with the customer service skill. Some peoples over there are nice. Need to improve, ( friendly, kind, honest and being respectful) hoping to see this store improvement in the future.Respectfully.

No buggie's you have to struggle with your items to get them to the counter, so you are less apt to go into that store if you have to tote all of the items needed by hand. I have a spinal injury and can't tote thing's that I need. I have reconstructive surgery done to my hands as well. Not having the use of a buggie is extremely difficult for me.

The store is a junkie store it's always junky it's never organized and then their customers that come in without a mask and if the person that is working don't say anything to them they walk around the store without a mask I was there and a young lady walked in without a mask she walked around in shopped and then when she got to the cash register the person that was working told her to buy a mask and she bought one but why do customers walk in the store without a mask and nobody sees them that's not good the virus is still here so the stores need to conduct business accordingly to make sure that their customers stay safe and themselves?

I went to this store on memorial Day as soon I walked in the store the lady rolled her eyes and was like “im have to watch them” keep in mind that I have never seen this lady or even been in this store before today the only reason why I went to this store is because target didn’t have what I need. So as I’m shopping this lady follows me and my sister around the store and then as I’m checking out she accused me of stealing. I will never return to this store!! Keep in mind the lady was following us and she also looked in my bag and found nothing and she still tried to cause a scene at the front of the store and keep accusing me of stealing. Worst customer service ever!!!
