The store is never stocked with anything the prices are wrong in the store and you stand in line 20 minutes no matter what time you come in. The manager is very disorganized and unprofessional. The store is a hot mess and should be closed down.

Went there tonight to get drinks and sugar. The sign on Dr Pepper drinks said 3 for $13, when I get the register it rang up 2 for $13. I asked the woman child they had as a “manager” about it and she clearly said that’s the sale, 2 for $13. When I told her that’s not what the sign said she says that that is what it is. So I leave everything in the counter and walk out. I go back and take a picture of the sign and ask for corporates number she told me to google it then acts like the child she was and in kindergarten and makes a face and shakes her head. Like this is who family dollar puts as a manager? Someone that acts like they’re 4 and shaking their head and making a face is gonna do something?? Lol maybe they should get a more mature manager that has teeth don’t look like she does meth in the parking lot and has actual customer service skills.

WHERE do I begin...WHY can't I ever have cash back, WHO are the managers because nothings being managed and HOW can we buy thing when the shelves aren't stocked!!! WHAT can Family Dollar Do better!!!

The employees are rude, disrespectful and sadly the managers are the worse ones! I know this store won’t be open to much longer because they barely keep products on the shelves to sell. I stay very close to this store and I have to travel 10 mins away to another family dollars just to be able to get what I need without a problem!!

I didn’t want to give one star but had to in order to post...this is THE WORST place for customer service! They were open on thanksgiving from 8-6 but at 3:45 locked the doors and stood there not letting anyone in! I intend to take this much MUCH higher! They have multiple people working daily, but NEVER open the second register even when the like is out to the back of the store! Management is UNPROFESSIONAL and they have very unprofessional people working the registers.There is one y’all girl that works there who is the exception she is friendly and professional. That’s the ONLY one!
