It was an absolutely disgusting display of service, communication, care , effort, resolution, follow-up, or regard for another individuals need for service.To say this company failed at ever interaction is accurate.Just a few items to note.1. DEAR SENIOR LEADERS,THANKS FOR THE FOLLOW UP ON THE TWO ESCSLATED COMPLAINTS I MADE. ( SARCASM USED HERE)YOUR REPRESENTATION AS LEADERSHIP IS CLEARLY MIRRORED AT THE GREENSBORO NC GATE CITY LOCATION.THANKS FOR HELPING ME GET IN A INSURANCE CLAIM CAR RENTAL( more sarcasm)THE HOME DISPLACEMENT, STOLEN CAR, and loss of valuble items WAS ONLY made more difficult BY YOUR inconvenient, inconsistent, embarrassing treatment. Additionally, the MADE UP POLICIES, arrogant interactions via phone and in person from staff and senior leadership. Anyone could have helped me replace my stolen car with a rental, but you failed. Enterprise Car Rental is not a company I'd ever want to associate my name with . It WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. A bit of karma to end ....[may your future potential clients take their business to your competition.

Always a waste of time trying to get a rental car with Enterprise at any location in this area. Confirmation numbers mean nothing. Even after speaking with staff on the phone and them verbally confirming our reservation and that the specific vehicle for us was being cleaned and would be reason soon, we then went to Enterprise in person and they told us there was no vehicle for us at all and that "they don't have to give us one."

Manager was very dismissive and rude. Was only polite to other African american customers.While waiting for a ride back to my place, I asked for a trash bin and was expected to reach over the counter put trash in over the reservation desk.Instead ofthe manager walking around the desk to make it easier.Finally when my driver was ready the manager started yelling at me without using my surname or first name.Would never rent from this location given choice.And the service makes me wonder if America is lost to the dregs of society who dont know the difference between personal feelings professional responsibility.

I was very pleased with the service at this Enterprise location. I wish I had taken down the names of the very friendly employees that assisted me. I got to enjoy a Dodge Challenger for a bit and the employees at Enterprise were quick, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely return for any rental needs.

This Enterprise car rental on gate city in downtown Greensboro has great customer service and a great selection of vehicles however kind of pricey with a lot of upselling...not a lot of parking spaces but overall I was satisfied!

***The worst rental experience & Unwritten “policies”***Would put 0 stars is possible…..On 10/5, I was headed out of town to visit my sister in Florida for a House Warming. My Rental was pre reserved 5 days prior. All required information was listed on the reservation. I am a 38 yr old driver with Collision/Comp/Rental coverage on my Personal Auto Policy.I was quoted a price of $215. I assumed there would some sort of hold but wasn’t told what that hold would be.UPON CHECKOUT I was told there would be additional $300 hold placed on my debit card. I was surprised at the amount of the hold being that I wasn’t told in advance. I felt that’s such a large hold to not be upfront about it.BUT NO PROBLEM…….As me and the salesman go outside to take a look at the vehicle I would be getting. He attempts to swipe my card on their IPAD outside. He tells me my card has been Declined.I tell him that is impossible, as there was more than 3x the amount in the account. I proceed to show him my bank account and he agrees that the funds are there. He then swipes my card again and it said it declined again and he would not be able to rent to me for 48 hours because of that. The same also stated that I would not be able to use MY other card for a 2nd bank account.As I leave this location, I go to the bank to inquire what is going on. The bank tells me there has been no attempt by enterprise and there are plenty of funds and no holds.I call Enterprise directly from the bank and I’m told that “even if it’s on our end, the system won’t let us rent to you at all for 48hours, sorry boss.”I DID NOT RECEIVE A RENTAL THIS DAY EVEN THOUGH I HAD A RESERVATION, ACTIVE INSURANCE, NO PREVIOUS RENTALS WITH ISSUES, ETC.I WILL UPDATE ON THE CONCLUSION OF THIS ESCALATION.!!!!

The service is fantastic. My vehicle was bought to me while car was being repaired. Staff checked in to make sure all was well. Staff professional, knowledgeable and personable. Great experience.
