“My Lenovo laptop would not boot up and I kept getting a message that the automatic repair could not fix it. Took the laptop to CWNC expecting to have to leave it and pay for repair. Instead the tech guy told me how to fix it myself. I am computer illiterate and really did not understand what he was talking about, but I came back home and did what he said, and my laptop was fixed. He could have charged me for the repair but did not. I would highly recommend this place if you need computer repair”

“This is literally the only company i go to, to get my phones serviced FAIR PRICES & IMMACULATE WORK. i’ve been going here for phone repairs since i was in like the 7th grade & now i’ve graduated high school & am a freshman in college. i literally just went there a few days ago to get the screen on my Product red iphone 8 plus. They’ve watched me grow and me the same i remember when i first started going there, i went to get the screen on my iphone 4 fixed they were a little slow but now i can promise u they’ll have your screen repaired in no more than 20 minutes. i wish them many more years of success business, they’re really the best in greensboro. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!!”

“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY! THANK YOU Terrell for being my WalkingAngel (friend in time of need) and fixing my iPhone 11 AGAIN! You do fantastic work!!!!! And…. “Roy represents the BEST of Sears! He called 1st thing in the morning to give me an idea of when he’d possibly come by to repair my dryer (which is GREAT, because we never heard from Sears Home Services on PREVIOUS appointments, in a different area (HVAC)….for the past several months).Roy further impressed us, in that he showed up, unlike my previous 4 HVAC appointments when no one came but reported in their system that they performed the repair. Lastly Roy was a wonderful and very knowledgeable tech and I highly recommend him, as all systems are go! Our dryer is back working, all because of Roy’s excellent service!”
