“My Lenovo laptop would not boot up and I kept getting a message that the automatic repair could not fix it. Took the laptop to CWNC expecting to have to leave it and pay for repair. Instead the tech guy told me how to fix it myself. I am computer illiterate and really did not understand what he was talking about, but I came back home and did what he said, and my laptop was fixed. He could have charged me for the repair but did not. I would highly recommend this place if you need computer repair”

“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY! THANK YOU Terrell for being my WalkingAngel (friend in time of need) and fixing my iPhone 11 AGAIN! You do fantastic work!!!!! And….
