Standard Duluth Trading location. We stopped there because we were on our way through town and wanted to look to see if they had anything on clearance that was worth picking up. We were quiet successful and picked-up some great stuff. Will stop there again.

Ordered a week in advance of Valentine's Day. Received an email that they would arrive on the 11th. On the 12th, still no order, I checked tracking. Updated to arrive on the 16th, NINE days after ordering and TWO after Valentine's Day. They did not send an updated "delay" email and when I reached out to customer service, they did not care and stated "5-7 days for shipping" YES, YOU STATED 11TH, THEN IT DIDNT COME AND NOW ITS 9 DAYS, SO EVEN PAST WHAT YOU ARE STATING. They do not care and do not deliver as advertised. Will RETURN FOR REFUND (if they ever get here) and will NEVER order again.

Recently bought a pair of shoes and ordered a size too small. The exchange process was easier then I imagined and the replacement pair arrived in a matter of days. The entire process was superb and the shoes fit great and some of the most comfortable outerwear I've ever owned.

They have the worst online ordering to pickup at the store process I have ever delt with.Like instead of depleting your store stock on online orders to pickup in store how bout ship them from the warehouse instead of canceling people's orders becuase there is none on the shelf.
