The manager at this store is rude to all of his employees I remember going in for a few things and him cussing out one of his employees in front of myself and other customers, there were children present this is extremely inappropriate…. This is not the only time I have gone to this location and heard interactions like this with employees…… Don’t recommend going to Gate City Dollar Tree

Went here today my little boy who has down syndrome was saying high and buy two cashier her name was Bobbi she rolled her eyes and I even said my son is saying hy she grunted I would never ever go hear she completely evil woman and I even asked if we. Would use restroom I know they have one customer in front of me asked but she u all can't use our bathroom this is terrible

My wife just left from the store this evening around 7:30pm and the cashier who rang my wife up was an older white lady and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She removed the items from my wife’s basket and made a loud “huff sound” like my wife’s 7 items were ruining her day. Out of respect I tried calling the store to speak with the manager Ron and nobody answered the phone but I do not appreciate how unprofessional she was. She did not wrap my wife’s glass items and bag her items. I worked with Dollar Tree for over 4.5 years and ALWAYS remained professional regardless of my day or what was going on in my life. I know Ron and I assume he will handle this matter and just wanted it notated how UNPROFESSIONAL she was and that’s not how you keep business coming back in.

Love the Dollar Tree! At first I didn't believe the mythical Unicorn Dollar Tree was real. There was just no way a place could open and stay open selling things for a dollar. That logic seemed as failure of a business model as hot sauce made in New York, or eating King Cake anywhere else other than in New Orleans...!!! Long story short, New Orleans is awesome and Dollar Tree is amazing...!!! Party On, Dollar Tree, party on... We salute you...!!!

Cashier by the specific name Simone doesn't need to work up front. With the type of nasty attitude she displays I can tell you have a staff shortage. Not just myself but with another customer I witnessed she was very rude to. We all have bad days sometimes but there was no excuse for her disgusting attitude. Having her work in the back away from customers is your best bet.

I would give 0 stars, I got my phone stolen at this dollar tree and the staff did nothing about it. For some reason, the manager couldn't access the cameras when the police got there and we never even caught the person that did it. I will never be going back to this location ever again or this area at that.
