I come here a lot. The female cashier is alway complaining about the job and ready to leave. Doesn’t speak to customers. Walks around angry looking, like a dwarfed prison bully. Very unwelcoming to approach, except I noticed she thirsty for the black men that come through (which was giving her no attention, he probably scared Deebo sister). That’s what prompted me to write this post. Mean mugging everyone - Deebo energy.

It's close to my house and a majority of the people are friendly. They don't always have what I need in stock and the one older manager comes off rude and snobby. I normally get a basket and Everytime I take it to the counter and put it on there she says that I'm supposed to take everything out and she will not ring you up until you do cuz she says the counter is to small. An I firmly believe she's just being lazy cuz first off no I'm not supposed to take everything out of the basket that is your job otherwise I'd use self checkout and second, the counter size doesn't matter cuz you take the stuff out scan it and bag it so by making me take everything out your the reason there's no space and your making the customer either put the basket back after taking the stuff out or making them stand there with it during the whole transaction. The same lady has also seen people in line and ignores them leaving them standing there waiting when she could either ring them up or call for the cashier who's all the way on the other side of the store. The cashier I don't have a problem with in that situation cuz I've worked at DG and know they always want you stocking or recovering when you don't have customers but it would be nice if the manager acknowledged the customer and let the cashier know they have customers or set up a system with a button or something the customer can press to alert the cashier cuz we shouldn't have to yell or go looking for them. They also left a note on the self checkout asking for ppl to return their baskets and not to leave them their but again this is your job and not everyone can carry the basket back with their hands full of bags.

Never had a issue here but bought 2% milk there today 8-13-2022 and it is spoiled experation date is 8-21-2022. Tried to call them to let them know and there was no answer

The people in this store does not put their customers first, and the management in this store are so rude. I will not go back !!!! The one person that was nice to the customers is no longer there.
