Very nice and clean facility. Wish they had more of a frozen section as they have tons of room. Was also disappointed in no self checkout as I only had one cashier at a 5 and a self-checkout would have been a lot better.

Always the best. Clean store most of the time. Products I need are always ready and available. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I would never darken any Dollar General's doors, if it weren't for the fact that theyhave a good supply of non latex band-aids. Wouldn't give it any stars except the staff is normally very friendly & helpful, if needed. All the Dollar Generals I've ever been to have cramped aisles that are messy & disorganized. It always makes me uneasy because I half expect vermin to come scuttering down the aisles. They need a serious change in management to reorganize their stores. Dollar Tree & Family Dollar are both in close proximity & both are cheaper & far better organized.

The two customer service representatives Arie and the other Girl with the Natural hair ponytail were very unprofessional. They laughed most of the time instead of doing their jobs. If they spent half of their time working, instead of laughing, my experience would have been better on today's date September 22nd 2022. Also, the young ladies need to get their hair done professionally for the public.

Staff was awesome!! They really know the store and was able to direct me to several isles for items I needed. Clean, well stocked and organized.

Nice people. But Every-time I come to this location at 8:00 am to 8:33 am the doors is never open without any notes on the door. Sometimes their open at 8:00 AM, but on other days I can’t even get in the door at 8:00 AM. If they don’t open at 8:00 AM then they need to change their hours to a later time.

Made a pickup order that was supposed to be picked up the following day. I never received any notification that my oder was ready so I went to the store 2 and a half hours after it was supposed to be pick up. Just to be told they had no orders that day. I showed my email and was told "oh I'm not sure it was done". She said but you can cancel the order. Then I was told we'll I can fill the order but the scanners aren't charged. So that's probably why it didn't get done. Then she suggested I cancel the order again. At this point I was frustrated and decided to call customer service to have them cancel it. This was my first and last time dealing with this dollar general. I know that places are short staffed but I think this is unacceptable.
