Worst store ever! Terrible customer service. I was in the store there checking out at 4:33pm and the Cashier who was a slender blk young female was very rude to me. Had an attitude yanking my bags as she was packing them. Then literally threw the bag handles to me. Disrespectful. Dollar General Corporate please fire these employees in this store and replace them all with a set of brand new employees. They got attitudes here, disrespectful, rude and talk nasty to customers. All the employees here regardless of their race are racial profiling and following customers around as they shop. There is also a weird creepy girl who works there with a bunch of piercings that does it too. She hangs outside a lot pretending to take the trash out but people watching customers exit out the parking lot in their cars. They also have there family and friends hanging out in the store while they're working or in the middle of scanning a customer's items and during transactions. Its very rude and inconsiderate.

It is 9:44 pm April 5 2023 google says you guys close at 10 but they won’t let me in. This is the SECOND time I have been denied entry to this store before closing time!

Had to fish through ice cream to see what flavor to get becauseProduct was not storefront or organizedAlso no bagsAt self checkout counter. Employees too busy on cell phones@ 8:00 pm on Sat.night to even so hello.What a joke!!

I run a business and always try an acknowledge good customer service. It's 6/25 at 8pm and the lady running the register customer service was awesome. She communicated with each customer and her attitude was great. Dollar general take care of your good workers. She awesome

Bad experience.I went on 11 nov 2021 to send money with WesternUnion. The lady could not tell me what my tracking number was. I had to call to Western union. She was so rude. I always send money at food lion, but on this day they had a problem.. it will be me first at last time I will go to dollar General at Randleman rd.

This is the worst store ever the Manager Brittany refused to Sales to me . I was shopping at your store on july 3 . I arrived at the store at 9:44 i got medicine for my wife and some other things. When i got ready to pay the cashier said that I needed to show my ID i told her that my id was in the car and i would be right back to purchase my items . Brittany refused to let me in. When told her before exiting the door to get my wallet tried to go back and by the had locked the door lock.
