This is the dirtiest and nasty store in Greensboro nc .it makes you feel dirty when you walk in there but nice people.they need to shut it down smh.trash everywhere!

The store is horrible. It's really a fire hazard and a liability issue. Stuff hanging off all the isles. Can fall anytime. It's so so dirty. NOTHING IS IN ITS CORRECT SPOT. I asked the same manager mentioned in other reviews did she need help to organize the store. Keep in mind now hiring signs posted everywhere, she stated she is going on maternity leave and she will decide where she needs help then. Very unprofessional nasty dirty unorganized dangerous store for the elder to shop in.

It's the little short stubby manager with the attitude issue for me. You can tell she's miserable because she always in her bag. I asked her if an item was available. She just nodded her head in the direction. It was behind the counter.. I had to ask her to physically walk 2 seconds to the left to point out the item and she wanted to stand there and look stupid. Had I walked behind the counter to get a good look at it, idds been in the wrong.. I'm only writing this review so she knows that I got time to contact corporate and get her tf out. I've been shopping here for years. She been here in the same spot for years too and she's always trash. The only rep in that store that doesn't fit and doesn't belong is her. Maybe she's not making enough money and she feels some type of way when she interacts with folks she could possibly be envious of.. Either way, that's a personal problem of hers and she don't need to be there if she can't even fix her attitude. That's probably why she still in the same place.

This store is almost never actually opened during business hours. To be in the store, with the doors locked and the lights on at 1:30 in the afternoon is ridiculous

This store opens and closes when they want. THEY "OPEN" 8 AM but open the doors after 9 am... smh last time I went in employees where talking about performing oral sex

This store needs to be closed down. Every time I visit the store I have a rude experience with staff. Have had to complain to corporate each time I have come in this store. The last time I brought back expired items to be told I would have to come back. That little $4 was not worth the trip back to your horrible store. I would be ashamed to be associated with this store.

Very unprofessional, they’ll see you pulling in the parking lot and will close the store. They sit out in the parking lot watching people pull up and they’ll just sit out there smoking talking to friends. Stores never open during business hours posted on the door. To the point where I just go to family dollar up the street now!

Very unprofessional establishment. Employees are always gossiping. The store is closed almost every time I need to be serviced. All around not a good store at this location. New management is needed or something !

Worst DG I've ever been to! Zero customer service or communication skills. I needed manager help on a refund and she straight said "you gonna have to come back in the morning, I'm clocked out" and walked out the door.... so I'm like "ok when is next manager coming in?" She says "None" and this was around 4 pm. So unprofessional!!!!!!!

To be expected since it's the HOOD store. I called asking for an item. Now, I know it's sold but I'm asking do they have it in stock in this particularj store. The cashier didn't know what I was talking about them when I explained IMMEDIATELY lied. Ma'am, 30 seconds ago you had no idea what I was talking about and because you feel stumped you hung up. Looks like I'm about to find out who hung up on me and report. I got time today
