Jesse ( @ the Greensboro loaction ) was a great influence with helping make a decision to pick a basketball shoe for my little sister . Very good at sharing personal experiences & making them fit into the current selling scenerio/situation to a new coming customer . Definitely good at what he does & Oh yeah we got the GT CUT 3s .

Came in to buy a bucket of baseballs.
HUGE sign at the front says buckets are 49.99$
Took the bucket under the sign to the front. They tried to charge me $159.
They said the sign is wrong.?!???!!!???
NONE of the buckets were the advertised $49.99
This is ridiculous. Trying to cheat people.
Keep your $160 (recommended for rec ball) baseballs and your lies!

Best shoe shopping experience. Me and my wife were on the fence about getting on clouds. Harvey was the best! He made sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. He was very patient and friendly with us. Thanks for a great experience.

Shay! I popped in to look for a particular shoe and got THE best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Shay in the shoe department went above and beyond to help me and literally made magic happen, despite the fact that their shift was over. We’ve always shopped at DICK’S but will definitely return and I hope Shay gets a raise and all the things.
