Update: Packages were lost! 3 packages confirmed lost by this facility! Now they have ME sending photos of the items. How does a place lose 3 packages one day after the next!?!? No excuse!!
If I could give zero stars, I would!
Has been “holding” 3 packages for more than a week without explanation. No delivery date. I call daily and no one helps! No movement in the packages since they arrived. I think they lost them.

Three different orders made from overseas to Atlanta and stopped in Greensboro. No movement in 10 days! They are "On Hold". I have spoken with customer service and the track and trace department multiple times. I have heard every excuse including "that will be there today" to "customs is still working on that" to "They are still working through the impact of the hurricane". I am just East of Asheville, NC. Tell me about hurricane Helene. We were ground zero and I see FedEx and UPS every day.

BEWARE. This company is terrible to work with. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered Friday but wasn't due to driver delivery load, despite the record showing attempted delivery - I had a signature release on it so that cannot be true. I need this package and can't get confirmation that I can pick it up at the service point today. I've repeatedly asked for help and nobody will help me.

DHL lied and caused confusion on an order. DHL stated “package delivered on front porch” when it was not.
The package did arrive a day later in the US Mail but caused confusion between us and the company we bought the item from.

I've had a terrible experience with DHL, the shipping company. They're very unprofessional and unreliable. I've been at home waiting for an important package for days. I have a ring doorbell camera, and despite being home, they claimed that they couldn't deliver the package because I wasn't home at 11:18 PM. At that time, my small children and I are already in bed. I find this company to be extremely unprofessional and unethical. It's frustrating that I can't reach a live person in customer service, as they only offer a virtual assistant (a computer). I strongly advise against using this company for your business if you want to avoid disappointment. I am still waiting for my package and now they say I have to wait until they are available. I'm disgusted by the lies and the incompetence of this so call business.

I’m tired to wait wasted my time if I’m not wait they not left my package and if I wait for them to come they said I’m not answering the door for them what’s wrong with yall employees there need to work better lazy employees fire them out of shit pissed me off I go late work for wait on the Monday and they didn’t made it to my home and today again I wait I wait I just take my day off work what’s wrong with yall work

The only reason I have provided 1 star is I had to chose 1. Paid additional 60 dollars to have package delivered by certain date. Tracked on line as instructed. For 3 days website said to be delivered today by 9pm. Finally got in touch with customer service representative who was extremely unhelpful and recited what the website said. Complete disregard for what the estimated shipment date had said.
This is the second time we have had issues with DHL. I would highly not recommend using this company if you would like your items to meet an expected delivery date.
Customer service representatives need education on how to address customers concerns and company needs to not set delivery dates they cannot meet.

DHL is TERRIBLE. I was at home all day no delivery. Then they put delivery attempt but no one home. My package has no signature required. Today I'm waiting the driver passes by my area twice, then get on the interstate and is now in another state. I've called customer service 5 times and all they say is you can track your package on the website. I am tracking the package and looking at the current location of the driver. This package is urgent but no one has contact with the driver is crazy.

This is a Zero-Star review. DHL is garbage, and the Greensboro location is one of the laziest shipping sites I have ever seen. Greensboro DHL is absolutely incompetent, and they routinely lie about delivery statuses. They will hold onto packages for days before delivery - and even weeks in some cases.
Stay away from DHL as a shipping / delivery option.

Had expresss package I tracked and waited for until 10:30 pm. Driver never showed and then stated delivery was attempted at 7 pm. This is a critical machine part that has the entire line down. Very unprofessional

I hate to write a bad review, but here we are. They didn't even tried to my address and just went pass it. I saw the tracking of the van getting near me 3 times and 3 times they went pass it then have the ball to blame that on me by sending that an email around 11 pm said that I was not at home. I was at home, not to mention that also chose the signature release option so it shouldn't matter in the first place.
And yes, I did try to call their customer service and they said that it will arrive on the third attempt. Nope, I waste another day.

Very bad service, it didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled, they said they came to my house and didn't find anyone, it's a lie, I was in the house all day until 12 at night and with the door open to see what hours I arrived, the next day they told me I would arrive between 11:30 and 1:30 and I didn't arrive at those times either.

Suggestion they should open on Saturdays at least part time, we have people who work 12 hours a day from Monday to Friday and we cannot leave our packages on time

Edit #2: Less than 3 months later here we are yet again with another package being delivered to the wrong address. That is almost $1000 your company has costed us.The first package from less than 3 months ago you failed to be able to retrieve. If something is not corrected quickly we will be seeking legal assistance because this is pure negligence on your part.
I could give them negative stars I would. Delivered my husband's package to the wrong address. I spoke to someone at DHL, even told them you delivered to the right address just the wrong city and was made out to be illiterate. They have contacted my husband once. ONCE. That package was very expensive and can't get any answers on what they plan to do to recover the package or compensate his money lost.
Edit--Someone from DHL contacted my husband yesterday and said they emailed picture proof of delivery and they were closing it out. The photo IS NOT of our house!!!!!!! Close it out as if they did not do anything wrong without confirming with him that the picture was of the correct house. This is infuriating and needs to be fixed immediately!
