This is, BY FAR, the best vintage shoe I've ever gone to!! It's not just vintage, you get little rooms of small businesses with incredible items. I've never gone in the Design Archives and not fallen in love with something. I just recently bought a vintage border collie book that had actual photos of another owners border collie inside. They have unique jewelry, INCREDIBLY beautiful and well done taxidermy (I own quite a few pieces from here), beautiful clothes, cards, decor, gag gifts, and so much more. EVERY TIME you go in there's something new to find. Add this glorious little place to your list of stops ASAP, trust

I kind of love this place. A little mix of the old and new. Don't be overwhelmed when you walk in. Take your time in each section. There is a lot to take in. They have a great selection of sunglasses. My daughter and I love their selection of jewelry and socks. They have stuff with light sarcastic humor. Cute magnets, wall hangings and accessories were interesting. They have a very extensive selection of vintage clothing and shoes. You are able to walk about freely unlike some thrift/vintage places that make it difficult to walk about. The cashier was very friendly. I would say, this may be a place we will visit often.

Super super cute place! I purchased a hair clip for $9 and then went on shein and they were selling the same exact one for $1. Not sure if they purchase some of their stuff from shein to resell. Anyways I will still be back! Maybe just stick to the known vintage items.

New to Greensboro so I thought I'd check it out... Looks cool, but their items are overpriced and their staff is childish and didn't seem very interested in working. Uncomfortable experience, won't be back.

My partner and I really enjoy Design Archives Emporium. I feel like it's the perfect store for in between restaurant or bar hopping while downtown Greensboro. (And/or if you're waiting on a table somewhere). So many unique and nostalgic items to go through. Separated into many specified sections, it's great for finding goods from local artists and creators or finding vintage items such as shirts, clothes, collectibles. Many Greensboro-specific items, the staff is cool and always welcoming.

Extremely overpriced goodwill. Workers practice favoritism for who they allow in the store. Apparently they can ban you if one of the workers pretends to feel uncomfortable because you dated once. Even if you literally don't speak or approach anybody at all while there, which I didn't. They're lucky I was the bigger person after being embarrassingly discriminated against. I'm not interested in the childish, ableist behavior they promote here. And for the record, I literally had 0 idea this unfortunate human even worked at this place. I just stopped by to show someone around downtown and got banned without even speaking one word to anybody. Very very mature, for sure.

I love coming here! The pieces are so unique and you never know what you’ll find. They have amazing vintage clothes, accessories and items for your house. Such a great spot in downtown!
