BUYER BEWARE! If I could give them zero stars I would. I really hate giving bad reviews but I really feel I need to post this to help the next people who is brave enough to order from this company. They are focused on making a sale, getting your money. They are not doctors or herbalist. Just people peddling pills for money. Prior to placing an order I called in an attempt to do my due diligence as I know I have medical issues. With no gall bladder, a colon resection and on blood thinners, I wanted to make sure I could still do the 20 day cleanse, 30 pills per day. I called and explain my situation to the rep on the phone, asked her to email me information on the capsules and also wanted to know if I could safely do the cleanse. I explained in detail my medical issues. I was told yes, just don't take the charcoal if I want to continue to take my blood thinners. Well I paid almost $140.00 for the kit. On, day one I experience nausea as well as debilitating headaches and an unusual fullness in my stomach. Thought it was normal so day two same thing except now I am throwing up. Did not think this was normal so I stopped at noon on day 2. Called the company and spoke with Linda. She told me that if I was on blood thinners that I should have never started this cleanse that they did not recommend it because the body could not handle the diet. My question was why did the rep not tell me that in my previous conversation, why is it not printed in the pamphlet, she said well we are not doctors. You would think that something that serious would be in print and that all the reps would know this vital piece of information. When I asked for a refund, her comment was that I opened the box. How else would I have known!! I used it for a 1 1/2 days, have had it in my possession for only 4 days and they refuse to give me my money back. So Please if you are reading this, think twice and then think some more before doing business with Dherb! Your life may depend upon it.

My sister got really sick and had to stop 5 days into the diet. The customer service people told her not to take an active charcoal pill and she became nauseous and lethargic. Please do your research before starting any diet plan, especially one that has an "F" rating from the BBB!!!

I was looking for a natural herb that could help me with my acidic stomach. I had been taking Natural Care Buffer PH which works amazing! I noticed a difference within 24 hours but it's been out of stock. So I found this website DHerbs and purchased their Alkaline Formula. I had been taking it for several days and did not notice a difference whatsoever. I wanted to return it for either a store credit or refund and I was told they would not do either since the bottle had been opened. This is extremely poor customer service. I've never experienced a company that would not offer a refund or store credit within 30 days. I will never buy from this place of business again. I found a product from Sprouts that helps with my acidic stomach and noticed a great change immediately (within 24 hours). Thank goodness for Sprouts that saved the day and has wonderful customer service unlike DHerbs.

My sister sent me a coupon to order herbs for a full body cleanse. The link wouldn't work because I was staying at my sister's home and it kept saying that I wasn't a first time customer. I placed the order anyway and asked them to please provide the discount in spite of the hiccup with the link. They not only told me no to the coupon, but my order was changed to Cash Upon Pickup. My sister called them up because she is a regular customer. They told her the reason why it wouldn't give me a discount because I was ordering from the same IP address that she uses. I'm a business owner myself and I can override anything and I know they can too if they really want the business. However, they didn't make it convenient for me to order, plus when I sent them a rebuttal to their response, no answer. No call, no nothing. To me this is poor customer service. I don't want to do business with a company or business that has next to nil for customer service. Their product might be superior, because my sister swears by it, but if you don't work with your customers then the quality of the product doesn't matter.

I discovered these products when watching the Steve Harvey show and I have been I have tried Dherbs full body cleanse a twice. I have tried the weight release program and the female hormone pills. Full Body Cleanse Pros: My skin cleared up, my energy increased and I lost a lot of weight. I lost about 26 pounds in total on the cleanse twice. The instruction booklet was very helpful and easy to follow as well. Full Body Cleanse Cons: I did notice about 10 capsules (full body cleanse) were missing and that was the only con I had about this product. Which made me hesitant to buy again but I am going to give them another change because the products worked really well. Also be prepared to go to the bathroom alot Female Hormone Pills: I loved these pills and want to include them monthly . I noticed an increase in energy, less bloating and less cravings with sugar.

I am about to start my second Dherbs cleanse, so I thought I'd leave some feedback for my first last year. I did the Flora cleanse which was 10 days, and I had a great experience with the product. I had had some of the herbs here and there in some of my supplements, but it was great to have everything all together and ready to go. I was not looking for weight loss, but a reset of dietary habits and gut balance. I am already vegan, but was leaning heavy on sweets and processed foods. The raw diet, along with the herbs helped me to heal an on again/off again skin rash I had, which was thriving off of my formerly sugary diet. Alas, I'm back for the full body cleanse this time. Looking for increased mental clarity and cleaning up my digestive system.

Whoever is contemplating buying from this company DONT! I purchased a 20 day cleanse and they shorted me by 5 days. When I contacted the office a lady by the name of Linda was extremely rude and forwarded my complaint to the manager. When the manager Ezekiel called me he informed me that he would send the missing pills but couldn't guarantee they would arrive on time to prevent my cleanse from being disrupted. I asked him if he could over night them, he said no. I asked then how would they compensate me for THEIR mistake?! He advised instead of mailing the remainder pills he could give me an insulting 10% discount on my next purchase. I paid 100% and expect to recieve what a paid for, and that is a 20day cleanse with NO interruption because they shorted me! I've been a costumer for over 10 years, since they were on Venice Blvd, and their costumer service is declining while their prices are going up. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Best cleanse ever. Husband n I lost 15-20lbs each n my face is clear of acne. This cleanse is easier if u have the proper tools as juicer/ high power blender and dehydrator (only dehydrate up to 115F as to not cook anything) so u can be creative and your dishes will be more complex and savory. Don't give up early because on day 19 u literally feel skinny again and actually break your habits. (Before then all u can think about is your old ways lol.) I am a believer in this program....I received awesome results, thank you Dherbs and to my husband who introduced this to my life!

I was recommended to try this cleanse by a cousin who just "heard" about it. Because i have my own yelp, i usually cross reference but didn't before purchasing. After day 1 i didn't think i could mentally do this. I love food. Once i read the reviews i was kind of upset because of how people said this didn't work for them. So i decided to do daily weigh ins. And so far I'm down 5.2lbs and I'm going on to day 3! Stay encouraged! Stick to the plan! The scale has been my DRIVING FORCE! The dates are at the bottom of my scale reading! I'll update my review on day 20 with scale readings as well as my before and after photo.

My husband and I did the 20 day cleanse together. It was a great way to stop our mindless eating and together build a more healthy diet. We didn't cheat and felt great at the end of our program. We had little discomfort and experienced no cravings for sugar or meat. We lost 9 and 10 pounds respectively and have continued with the fruit in the morning and big salad at night for dinner. This is our second time using dherbs and we were completely satisfied with the results.

Dherbs Love Spray review: I LOVE THIS SPRAY! The scent is refreshing! There is also a rose quartz crystal inside the bottle that charges the solution before you spray it. Did I mention the affirmation makes you smile from within. I normally complete the affirmation while smiling and looking at myself in the mirror. The size of the bottle is great for taking on the go when you need a little pick me up. I have also tried the Full Body, Female, and Weight Release cleanses from Dherbs. These cleanses are amazing. If you follow the instructions and follow the raw foods diet you will get great results.

Taking 15 pills a day took some getting use to. The cleanse did clean me out but I did not lose any weight.
