This is the kind of person that gives you faith in human beings. I was in a total bind, asking for help on a Friday night at 4:00. He squeezed me in and resolved my issue identifying without a charge. I could talk to him as a real person. I would gladly trust him to work on my car, and give a fair price. I think some people who are from out of town actually drive to Greensboro JUST to have him work on his car. If I didn't live 5 states away I would. Definitely take your car here!

I was referred to these guys by Adam Cigliano who does a lot of body work on the vans at the Amazon hub I work at. They were able to diagnose the hidden stored codes on my Alfa Romeo. Which is saying a lot because most people in the area can't even touch them. They were able to reset the codes and charged me just a half hour of labor. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.Services: Electrical

John and Shaun always take great care of my car! Fair prices and very professional and sweet. I have never had them be disrespectful or mean to us. Destiny's review is fueled out of anger and she was told car wasn't done and not to drive it. She blew it up her self. She's an angry step-daughter trying to be vindictive.

My car went into limp mode so I got it towed to the shop. Shaun kept telling all these things wrong with my car and said it would be fixed in two weeks. I checked in later at two weeks and they haven’t even touched my car. They kept telling me two weeks, two weeks, and FOUR MONTHS later I had to take my car to another shop. This was after they flipped out and cussed me out cause I was mad it wasn’t fixed after FOUR MONTHS!! I took it to another shop and they said that they totaled my motor by taking pieces off that couldn’t be replaced. I had to spend $5000 to get it fixed at another shop and it took a week and a half to fix it and it only took that long cause they had to order a whole new motor. Shaun and the lady up front are completely unprofessional and I would not recommend EVER taking your car/truck there.

These are the nicest people! Never felt uncomfortable as a female in the shop. I’m not completely ignorant about car repairs; I know just enough to know when a mechanic is being dishonest or trying to upsell me unnecessarily, and that has never happened here. In fact when I brought in my car the first time believing I needed something done they explained I could safely go a bit longer without it! I then brought in my daughters older car that had a wiring issue with the horn (I couldn’t get it inspected until it was fixed and we had no clue what it would need) so I had to simply trust their ethics and ability, and they came through. It got fixed and didn’t break the bank. I’ve since referred my elderly mother here, who knows absolutely nothing about cars and is completely at the mercy of whatever a shop says she needs. I fully trust they’ll take care of her. Every repair has been top notch, prices are reasonable, and they’re pretty fast too. You must make an appointment, and it’s easier to drop off than wait, but they’re a small business and that’s perfectly reasonable in my opinion.Highly recommended, true five star business.Services: Electrical
