Got home from the store with my prescription and all I had was an empty box, tried calling the store but the pharmacy was closed therefore nobody answered the phone. There was no way to leave a message for the pharmacy.
Drove to the store just ensure that CVS would acknowledge the fact that they shorted me a prescription but the store front personnel were not the least but helpful and would not even leave a message for the pharmacy that they screwed up.
There are other pharmacies readily available I would sincerely recommend you use someone else!
I know I will be using Walgreen, Walmart or a mail order pharmacy henceforth.

Would give a negative rating if allowed. There is NO customer service in the pharmacy area, most rude and unhelpful people.

I really enjoy CVS they do a great job with managing my prescriptions the prices with my insurance and Medicare supplement are awesome and a variety is super I find the folks helpful and the managers are extremely conscientious! I especially like the friendliness and helpfulness of the pharmacies staff they're always willing and able to help with any questions.

This pharmacy would not be open if they had any health competition. The most unprofessional and incompetent of pharmacies. It shows in the turnover behind the counter.

Rankin Mill Rd Store, Greensboro. Ms. Judy at front of store and Ms. Karen in pharmacy make my shopping experience here very delightful by providing excellent customer service.Customer service is important to me especially since I've worked at Lowes Food Stores at one time and we at (Lowes Food Stores) focused on customer service which I enjoyed providing. All retail stores should be training and providing this.

I had a wonderful experience with the cashier at the pharmacy named Jada. She was friendly and completed my transaction quickly. I had a horrible experience with another employee at the store named SANDRA. She and my 11 year old almost collided at an aisle intersection. She yelled at my child “Excuse You” scarring her to death and then stormed off. My child comes up to me with tears in her eyes saying the employee yelled at her. I went to the check out counter and asked what the problem was. Per Sandra, due to her age she felt disrespected that my child almost bumped into her and my child should have apologized to her for getting so close to her. Adults do not yell at other people’s kids. Especially when you are an employee at the store. I visit this store multiple times per month and Sandra has given me attitude before. She never acknowledges my presence when I enter the store, but will gladly speak to the senior citizen that walks in behind me. She is LOUD and has a poor attitude. I don’t appreciate how she treated us today. Please advise her on good customer service and how to respond to children. The next customer may not be as nice as I was and walk away from her nonsense.

On Tuesday, 11/28, my visit was great. The cashier was great. He also came around the counter and helped me find the item I was searching for.I almost left without purchasing anything. I’m so glad he was there!

You could die while waiting for them to fill a prescription. Prescription was not ready when they said it would be and no one seemed to care. Their attitude seems to be, “get your medicine or don’t get your medicine, we get paid either way”. They have about as much compassion as Ivan Drago. If your life depends on it, I’d recommend filling your prescription elsewhere.

I booked our COVID vaccination appointment last week. We just went for our appointments and I was told that our appointments had been cancelled because the vaccine was out of stock, but that they now had the vaccine back in stock, so I should go back online and reschedule our appointments. Huh? I don’t appreciate having my time wasted.
