I received notice that my prescription was ready. This came after 6 o’clock. I got up there was in line at five till seven. They kept the man in front of me until 7 o’clock. We pull up at the window at exactly 7 o’clock and she tells us they are closed. She was very rude. I said we’ve been waiting and she said we are closed. We open up at nine tomorrow morning and shut the window. We have been a long-term customer customer at this CVS. I cannot believe someone would be that rude to someone who needed to pick up the prescription. I am checking into what I need to do the transfer my husband and myself to another pharmacy.

CVS is awesome. Previously, I used other drug stores, but CVS has the best customer service, prices, and coupons.

I had a delightful and uplifting experience. The customer service was outstanding. One of my oldest friends had lost a parent and I was headed to the funeral home for the viewing. I stopped at this store to purchase a sympathy card. My encounter with the two customer service folk on duty at the check out counter totally lifted my spirit. I left the store with a smile on my face! Thank you for your assistance and kindness!

I don’t care for this CVS. I rarely write reviews, but I’m disgusted with their behavior. I was able to purchase a prescription two weeks early last month and I go to get it one week early this month and the girl would allow me too. Then she did something in the system that wouldn’t allow me to order it through the CVS app. Because I have been able to do that every other time. So I called to ask for it and the girl said, no you can’t order it, it’s too early. I said no it’s not, it’s actually a day after the date I’m allowed to refill it. She said, oh well we will need to order it. I said, that’s exactly why I wanted to put the request in via the app so you had a few days to order it but I couldn’t because the last girl did something so it won’t let me. She said, nobody did anything. Whatever she did do something. Now, the system doesn’t send me texts anymore for my scrips when they are filled, they stopped that, so I don’t know if they are filled and ready. Stupid childish games. Honestly, I expect better CVS. Don’t these pharmacist go to school for a while to become what they are? You’d think they would grow up during that. I’m switching hung all my prescriptions back to Walgreens. I love them. Never ever have issues with them. CVS you suck.

This store does not even deserve a star. Pharmacy staff are terrible absolutely terrible, always messing up prescriptions, I have been refused hold over prescriptions especially my seizure medication, I have already had to contact district manager on this location and yet still they can’t seem to get my prescriptions straight. I will be switching locations due to having so many issues with the pharmacy staff. I would NOT recommend this store at all. I would rate this with Negative Stars if I could.

The black lady wearing the hat that works at the cash register is always very nasty, very stupid, very lazy and very disrespectful. She needs to be fired ASAP. They need to hire someone that knows how to treat customers the right way.

Had my faith in CVS customer service restored yesterday too.Abram at the 4000 Battleground store was able to get my Christmas card order printed despite online photo app failure and store photo machine part failure (at the original print destination at 3000 Battleground ) within 30 minutes, by going the extra mile.First, Abram and I tried to create a new order using the photo kiosk in the store. But unfortunately, the store's photo computer didn't have the card in inventory that Joy and I had selected online.So ...Abram called the photo Central headquarters of CVS (they were still open, despite the fact that it was by now 7 PM), and had my order redirected -for Printing - from 3000 Battleground to 4000 Battleground!Abram was impressive: friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and quick!I placed a special call to him at the store this morning and thanked him again for going the extra mile.And I'll complete a survey to compliment him so the CVS organization knows how terrific he is in providing outstanding customer service.

Was enjoying looking around because I had not been in a CVS this big before, but immediately felt like I was judged and being followed around the store. I do not know if I was assumed to be stealing or what, but as this is a drug store where people could be purchasing things of a more sensitive nature it seemed very inappropriate that no matter where I was in the store the same employee happened to be lingering around me. I was uncomfortable and upset to think about how many customers they make feel this way.

Generally rude, understaffed, unnecessarily slow, treats anyone with a freshly broken bone and 10 vicodin like a drug seeker, when the pharmacists' ONLY job is to fill things according to doctors. Get off your pretend high horse and do your job.This used to be the GOOD one, I've gone away from EVERY CVS and enjoy the lovely people at Gate City Pharmacy now. Now filling my anxiety meds don't ADD anxiety.
