I'm now a regular at CVS and when out of town seek them out.
No issues with parking, but there was some minor debris. Signage is excellent. The store is not far from highway 40.
The store was clean and I went directly back to the pharmacy. A check offered to assist me. I found my product and the shelves were organized.
Checkout was smooth by the pharmacist. A very good experience.

This place deserved no stars... I had the worst experience at this CVS. The pharmacy staff was incredibly rude and insensitive. They do not care about us you guys. Don't be fooled, they were all selfish and self centered! I recognized it because I used to be that way before I changed. I can still spot it! If you want to be valued, do not go to this particular CVS! We are all valuable and special human beings living among each other with no one better or less than. Thank you!

Employees are very nice! A nice man went to the back and searched for an item I wanted to purchase. I really appreciate his kindness. Nice clean store.

I went to cvs on sept. 24th on my way home from work and I stopped by cvs to get my flu and covid shots. Earl the manager of the pharmacy was very busy with prescriptions to fill but he was nice enough to stop long enough to give me my shots. He could tell I was really tired and would have to make another trip there so he showed me compassion and did what a good manager would do. He has won me as a brand new customer. He was very nice to explain the shots to me as well. What a nice man! Linda Suits

Meant to get my prescription filled at the CVS on Piedmont Pkwy, but got it refilled at the one on West Wendover. I could tell the pharmacist did not want to be there. His entire position was off-putting and distant. I went back in to pick it up and a young lady who rang me up had pretty much the same attitude.
After I got home I realized I did not get all of my prescriptions filled. I called and discovered they had to order the other prescription and I won't be able to pick them up until possibly tomorrow. No one told me when I was there. I had to call the doctor's office thinking they forgot to send the prescription to CVS. I called CVS and that's when I found out this information.
Bad customer service all the way around. I will not be going back to the CVS on West Wendover.

Went to this CVS to find my mother another cane. I stopped to ask an employee if he knew where they were and he showed them to me, however it was not the right kind. So, I saw that there was a box of cane tips. I bought them and he put them on for me to make sure they were the correct size. He did it all with a smile on his face! Thank you, Cameron, for you generous helping hand!!! I appreciate you!!
