Very rude. I asked a question at the pharmacy and it was ignored because the lady at the register was helping another person at the same time.

I switched from Walgreens to CVS because of my sister. The customer service needs training. I was in line and & no one else was behind me. The small lady came up and said its my lunch hour and walked away. I stood in line until I was helped..(Very rude) Now today, 9/23/21 my sister went in and the same small lady told her that she can help you down there, & she was next in line. She only wanted to check on a prescription. Now she had to get in another wait line with the lady that took her registration for a flu shot. The little lady name is Anita & was told that she was a technician, but she acts like she owns the company.. The Customer service is really terrible at this CVS based on my past experiences. "To best serve your customers and handle a variety of problems and conflict, your customer service team needs to work together." Added to review current 5/9/2024----I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes -Someone picked up; then hung up (So rude.) I need to move on for sure.

Worst pharmacy in Greensboro. Take a little time and have everything switched to Walgreens across the street.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m attaching a picture of the very rude girl at the counter because she refused to supply her name so I could report her to management. The is the second time I’ve had unacceptable service from her but the entire staff is incompetent. I went to pick up my prescription after receiving a text a few days earlier stating it was ready. I waited almost 30 min in the drive through only to be told they couldn’t find it. She asked me to pull back around and get back in line or either come inside so they could find it. I told her I would return in 30 minutes to pick it up. When I returned almost an hour later they still didn’t have my prescription ready. The girl copped an attitude when I refused to get back out of line. I had already wasted over an hour and a half and had a new text message from CVS stating it was ready. Needless to say I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Customer service is non existent at this one

My wife just had that worst experience from lazy Mike at the pharmacy. The doctor called a prescription in for our child in the middle of the night. It took to electronic messages and one phone call from the doctor for him to acknowledge the order. In the end, they didn’t even have the medicine and he could have communicated that 45 minutes earlier while speaking with my wife as he asked what she was waiting for. Don’t waste your time here-

Called the day of to get prescription filled after placing the order 2 weeks in advance not ready. Told it would be ready by 10 am the next day okay no big deal. Drive up there to pick it up and no one filled it and was told to come back in 20 min now I don’t have time to get it till next week due to my schedule. They could have filled it on the spot to make up for it.

The pharmacy needs to have more than one person working at a time. I drove to the drive thru (which had a bizarrely long line), told the man at the window what I was picking up, and he told me the total for the order. He steps away, and I thought he was going to fill my prescription. However, I realized by the third or fourth prescription bag that he was, in fact filling a bunch of different prescriptions. I wouldn't have had an issue with it if it didn't keep me waiting 45 MINUTES. I SAT IN THE LINE SO LONG THAT I actually.Update: Third time I've come to this pharmacy. There were five cars in line. IT TOOK AN HOUR. AN. HOUR. Worst pharmacy in town. Switching pharmacies immediately.

This will be the second time now that my husband has gotten out of surgery and I held for over twenty minutes only to be told the medicine will be ready when it’s ready. If someone is calling saying their partner just got out of surgery and it’s an emergency you would think they would keep an eye out instead of giving excuses. I worked for a pharmacy for four years and never did we say things like that when it was something needed direly but a patient. Do not use this location if you can help it

The pharmacy is always forever slow no matter what. They lied on 2 different occasions saying my stuff was ready or being filled. Still didn't go right then gave them more time and when I did go they still weren't ready. And then they look crazy like your not supposed to speak on it.

I ordered a 4x6 mounted photo panel online. The cashier didn't understand that picture had to be mounted. After 10 minutes, he finally found the 4x6 mount, he handed me the picture and the mount. I gave him $20.27 for the $4.27 purchase. He asked if I wanted my receipt, but did not give me the change until I continued to wait. As I was leaving, I heard him apologizing to the customer behind me, but he never apologized to me.
