Today I finished work earlier than expected and called Greensboro Honda to request a NC State inspection. Kenneth said come in and he would “work me in”. When I arrived Kenneth greeted me and told me that he was getting ready to finish his shift. Delrus overheard our conversation and offered to help. I thanked Kenneth. Delrus took care of me. Approximately 30 minutes later I was out the door with my State inspection in hand. I was very pleased.

Ashlie is always a pleasure and is a great advisor. I’m only giving 4 stars because I had an appointment and still had to wait 4 hours for my car to be serviced.

Feeling super stressed about my car needing extensive repairs...I arrived at the Honda dealership at 7am to drop off my car and was greeted be a service representative. Ms. Ashlie was super courteous and expressed genuine empathy towards my concerns. She explained the detailed process of finding out what was wrong with my car and even provided an uber for me to get back home. I will say that great customer service is a little scarce these days, but this experience here at Honda on (W Wendover in GSO), was more than refreshing. Who knew they had offers, special financing available (even for repairs), or $40 oil changes?Yes, I'm impressed. Great job Honda in Greensboro, NC!

I needed emergency unscheduled service on my 2008 Honda Pilot due to a worn-out electric window motor The Service Advisor Delrus Simmons was very helpful in quickly getting me scheduled for service. He kept in contact with me in the customer lounge to let me know the progress of the service and answered all of the questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable and also had a very pleasant personality. This is typical of the excellent service that I've always experienced with Greensboro Honda. My vehicle was serviced according to all of my requests in a reasonable length of time. You can't ask for any better performance than that.

1st time here for the $40 oil change and it could not have been a better experience. Felipe was the best.... polite and very helpful. I hope next time I go, that's who I work with.
They did an inspection and sent a report to my phone with prices to tell me what my car needed without trying to pressure me to get it fixed now.
Oh and it was so easy to get a same day appointment online. I was really impressed all the way around.
