They are in a temporary service facility. Did not remember everything I came in for. Tired to upsale me on so many things that were too expensive. For example, they wanted $70 for a cabin filter. I will buy one for $8 and install it in 5 minutes. I’ve bought 3 Acrua MDXs from them. Probably my last. Very disappointing Ted.

Very professional experience with this Acura team while purchasing our newest vehicle. Brett was the sales person that assisted us throughout the process. He did a great job facilitating our experience. He was courteous the entire process, not once did he show himself to be any less genuine than he appeared. I appreciate his persistence to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase and the vehicle itself. The finance person was helpful in listening to our preferences and meeting us where we wanted to be with the monthly cost of the vehicle. I've purchased several vehicles in my time and this was one of the best purchasing experiences that I've had. We asked many questions, sometimes redundantly, to make sure we understood all facets of the deal, and this team never faltered their commitment to settle our inquisitiveness. I have experience owning an Acura, so I know the car will hold up well. I am pleased to have experienced a fairly simplistic transaction with Brett and his Acura team. Five stars :)

(I should have posted this a year ago) It still haunts us to this day!!!!
The Blanchard's have been driving Honda's since 1998 and we currently own a 2014 Honda Accord V6.
• When it finally came time to get a new vehicle, we made the decision to stick w/ the Honda/Acura line.
• We walked into Greensboro Acura/Crown Acura of Greensboro on June 8, 2023. We were an easy sell because we knew what we wanted and had done thorough research for many months.
• We purchased the 2023 Acura RDX, which was not in stock at the time, but we were advised it would be delivered by the week of June 25th.
• One June 14th, we received a call stating the SUV was now in.
• We were advised we could pick up the vehicle on June 15th by Troy Miller (sales and leasing consultant), as they needed to switch the rims and install the other accessories that we purchased. Troy later called back and said let's just make it June 16th.
• June 16th we came in and finished paperwork and left with our new vehicle.
• Within 48 hours of driving the vehicle on June 18th, various/multiple signals came on the dashboard. The SUV would not accelerate past 20 and at some points 40 MPH. (We have pictures of both incidents)
• On June 19th, first thing in the morning we called the dealership's service department and informed them of what was happening. Later that day I dropped the SUV off.
• A few hours later, we received a call from Karen Hinshaw (service manager). She stated that she knows we want to know what the problem is, but she doesn't have an answer yet. She then began to explain that they only had 1 lift and another vehicle was getting some engine work done. As soon as they could, they would get our vehicle on the lift.
• June 20th we got a call saying the SUV was ready and we asked what was the problem. Karen Hinshaw stated something about a clamp not being properly connected, which was causing the air to flow in the wrong direction. I advised Karen Hinshaw we would pick up the vehicle the next day June 21st.
• June 21st we picked up the car. When we requested an explanation receipt for the work that was done, we were told that they could not print this. This was due to the VIN # missing digits on the paperwork. When asked when we would be able to get this receipt, Karen Hinshaw stated that she did not know when. We stated that we would call every day, until we could get a receipt. She then stated that her answer would be the same.
• June 22nd, we received a call from Michael Green (business and finance manager). He stated that the VIN # for the SUV was incorrect on all of our paperwork. He asked when would we be able to come back to the dealership to correct this error. We stated that the earliest we could return would be June 24th.
• June 24th we returned to the dealership to re-sign all paperwork all over again with the correct VIN # with Michael Green.
• June 25th while driving the SUV, the same issues that occurred on June 18th (multiple lights and error codes on dashboard car sounding very rough, car not able to accelerate past 20 MPH HAPPENED AGAIN).
• Within 48 hours of getting our SUV, our excitement has turned into disastrous disappointment and headache. Also, having to miss multiple hours of work. Standing behind the Honda brand and then getting these results has been the biggest disappointment of all. Knowing that there is no absolute guarantee that the issues with the SUV will not return, we have returned this SUV back to the dealership.
