Cricket is a 2 or 3 star and the stores o service centers in the Greensboro, NC area are only 2 stars, not very helpful, not very cooperative with the customers, not very knowledgeable, very stuked up

We went to this store after a bad experience at other location on Battleground . We were so happy to get a third line because Elio was awesome, so helpful in everything, We got a free phone without activation fee, We took that phone to Puerto Rico for our daughter and works perfectly great!! Thanks Elio for your help definitely we are coming back!

Terrible customer service, the man at the store was very rude and completely refused to help me with my problem. I've never had this issue with any other employee. Will totally avoid coming back to this store.

Not great customer service. Won't be going there anymore. Because rude guy, didn't help when he sold me a defective phone. He wouldn't replace it within the 7 day purchase.

yesterday they sold me a charger head and told me my new iphone 12 would not be able to charge without it, i went to the apple store and they told me it was not necessary , the point is employees should be informed and not say lies... that cost me 40$ plus tax and the employees also they like to speak English to each other because they think you don't understand BC #your cara de nopal# when they have it too .
