The business hours are from 9am to 7pm. I get to the business at 9am and it's not open. I am currently standing outside still because the employee was running late obviously and tells me that it's going to be another ten minutes before opening. I have business to take care of here or I wouldn't be here. Cricket....Do better.

The manager at this location is very helpful. I thought I lost my life, when I walked in this location she greeted me kindly n said why are you sad , I said I lost all my pictures* she helped me pick a phone for my every day needs and helped me retrieve all my information* thank you Alicia ?

Yes went 2 pay phone bill Nov 11 2022 . I didn't appreciate that worker behind that desk the heavy one got offended because I wouldn't tell her my pin number in front of customers. She told me 2 step out of d line. I told her thats all good. I had 2 wait awhile because a customer was in line had 2 take care of there . Heavy lady walk 2 the back walk 2 d back telling someone on d phone I was rude. She came back start talking in her language I don't know what she was saying. I will never go back 2 that store on Meadowview!

I find that they are not very helpful. It feels like they take advantage of customers. I bought a screen protector several months ago for an extremely high price because it was supposed to be under warranty. The screen protector didn't last long at all. I tried to make good on the warranty but basically was given the run around by both the store staff as well as the company who they sold the product for. I never could make good on the warranty and to add insult to injury I bought another screen protector from somewhere else to replace the bad one the sold me for $30.00. They had the nerve to want to charge me another $5.00 to change it out for me. I will never buy accessories from them again.

Experience that I had at the store was horrible I would never recommend anyone to go to the store. There was a young lady in there with blue hair and then there was a older Hispanic lady in there as well. The young girl with the blue hair was fixing my phone and she was working on it for about 45 minutes I told her I had to leave to go to work she was persistent on keeping my phone and telling me that I could come back to get it later or she could drop it off to me at work. I do not feel comfortable leaving my cell phone with someone I do not know! I expressed that to her she came off rude and told me if I left why the software was updating on Apple that she would not be responsible for my Slim card that I had just purchased for my phone! The older lady was very rude and did not respect my privacy as well! they kept demanding I leave my phone and it was my first time being in the store I was not acquainted with them I did not know them but they came off very rude, hostile, and demanding then told me that they would not help me so I went to another cricket store and I got great service it was off of Gate City. I have been going there for years now there is a older Hispanic man in there he will help you he is very friendly I would not recommend no one to go to the Meadowview cricket store those people are rude and pushy and do not respect your privacy!!!!!
