Thanks to a very nice sweet young Lady named Ashley for taking the time and being patient helping me with issues I was having with my phone trying to upload photos to my computer. I've been doing it for many years but for whatever reason I couldn't get it to work. She checked my phone to see if perhaps I had done something in the settings that wasn't allowing me to and wrote down what to do. I went home and did the first thing she had written down and it worked.I appreciate her so much for her awesome help and excellent customer service, I think she's the best. Ashley is definitely a huge asset to this Cricket store they should be very proud to have her on their team, I'm sure they are but she totally deserves recognition. Thanks again Ashley because of you I'm a happy customer and I highly recommend this store.

Very irritated with cricket wireless, called to do a bridge pay for my dad and was told that I could go to this location and pay $10 and have my dad's phone turned back on they were waiving the $5 fee because of an issue with the online payment not working, get to the location and waited for over an hour for them to finally tell him that they wanted $20 to do the bridge pay because it was in store and there was "no way" they can waive the extra fees when paying in store they called customer service was told to waive the extra fees and still wouldn't. This is ridiculous being as my dad is 75 years old and has been a customer for many years and usually never is late on payment

Highly disappointed with this Cricket branch. The manager Sam was rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Sam was quick to sell me a phone, however when I went back after 2 weeks to report a problem he was very RUDE and NOT helpful at all do yourself a favor. Do not purchase phones at this locations. I have been with Cricket for over 7 years after the encounter with him will change phone carriers.

I went in just to switch service/carriers.Ms. Masalie assisted me. She was very courteous and very helpful in informing me about free offers, upgrades and discounts while remaining respectful of my choice/not being pushy.Excellent customer service!!!!!
