The guy here at this store told me the phone I bought from them sucked and to buy a phone somewhere else, I went to Verizon today. The phone is great,the service is too. If it wasn't for cricket you would not hear the guy behind you in Walmart yelling " hello" "hello" "helllooo".

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. I came around 12:25pm on Sunday and they are closed when the hours on the day say open from 12pm-6pm on Sundays.

I visited a Cricket store in Winston-Salem, NC to see about a car charger, as I was traveling through. The car charger was not suitable so I quickly sought to return item with receipt to Greensboro store location within 3 days of purchase. At time of purchase, there are no indicators that if items are purchased from one corporate identity that the return can only occur at that same ownership places of operation, for which, THE EMPLOYEES COULD NOT PROPERLY TELL ME, including the manager of the Battleground location. I was directed to Summit Ave location of Cricket, and guess what, they refuse to accept return of a $20.99 car charger after I was instructed by Crickets own employees, although be it under "separate corporate ownership."I return to store of purchase in Winston-Salem and guess what, they refuse to accept return as Julie then said it had to be returned same day in spite of my inability to do due to work travel. Cricket has the worse service as no one accepts responsibility for providing their customer wrong information even as it comes from their own management team. I can accept company policy when clear and explicit prior to purchase. 3 different stores and all shared different information. Correct information should always be the corporate standard! Because Cricket does not facilitate this level of standards, I would Highly Recommend that You do not purchase any accessories, devices, and or plan services from Cricket unless you do not need or desire to have good or accurate information provided to you or your family.

Girl named Ana managed to loose all my photos from my camera while transfering to my SD card. Later one girl tried to see what can be done with a corrupted SD card from YouTube while another "did her job" in an empty store yawning and looking at her phone. They wouldn't call a supervisor or the owner. Awful customer service
