“I stopped by here at 2:25pm on a Monday afternoon to deposit a check. This location is close to my house so I come here a moderate amount and typically use the ATM to deposit or withdraw money. Inside, there were 2 tellers inside that were occupied and 2 people in front of me. I thought it’d be quicker than the drive through, but the drive through probably would’ve been the better choice because the people inside and ahead of me were doing actual banking stuff and not something quick like depositing or withdrawing, lol. I waited in line for 10 minutes before it was my turn. Shanaera was the bank teller who assisted me. She was finished and I completed my transaction fairly quickly. When I left out, the drive thru line was completely empty.”
“Just had a fantastic experience at this SECU! Lois and a coworker (didn’t get her name) helped me out by looking up info about sending a check to the IRS, and without my asking - included an envelope for each cashier’s check I had to get. Lois was incredibly kind and helpful, with a warm smile that made my day brighter. The other lady that helped with the IRS info was very friendly and helpful as well! 10/10 recommend, these folks are the best!”

“I recently purchased a vehicle about 3 days ago and I went through my bank for lending services and I had to go to this branch because it was close by the car lot. I end up getting help from a loan advisor Demarcus Bowden. First off he was very professional, cool, very nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. I never done lending with the bank but he made my experience so easy going and comfortable. Every question I had he explained the answer to me with ease. He even negotiated with the car salesman to get my car payments lower. I walked out the bank with my vehicle and proud as ever to have trusted such a good bank and a good loan advisor. Also the staff at this branch are always professional and knowledgeable and fast service keep up the good work. I live all the way in High Point and will drive to this location just for the service.”

“My mother has been a longtime "8 year" customer. I was with them years ago and have currently been with the credit union for around 8 months. I couldn't ask for anything better in a credit union. Luke Pegg is one of the kindest, considerate managers, I've ever dealt with in my life long banking experience. My daughter is a member as well and she has had a wonderful experience as well. When you have an issue and you need help with your finances thisis definitely the way to go. All the tellers and staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Thank you again!!”
