I had taken my car to the dealership and another car shop that will remain nameless and no one knew what the problem was. Took it here at the advice of an auto shop and found out it was the catalytic converter. It was fixed immediately and priced reasonably. Staff was friendly as a bonus. I would recommend this place.

I dropped my 2012 Subaru WRX to get a transmission and clutch put in and was just not satisfied with the service I received. Bolts were missing and cross threaded, transmission was overfilled, the car would stall, and the exhaust was not put back together properly. There is a clunking noise when shifting from 1-2 and it is from the transmission mount that I was told was fine by cottman but other shops have told me it is bad causing the clunk. Cottman was always willing to take my car back but nothing ever got done.

I took my car there because I was having transmission problems. I spent $4000 with these guys and when I got my car back it was having even more problems than before. I took it back and they said it felt fine but it absolutely did not. I ended up having to trade my car in and now they won’t give me any sort of compensation because I don’t have the car anymore. $4000 down the drain.

The problem I had with my car was fixed within 5 days. The cost was reasonable. They have checked back with me to make sure it was still running ok. Very pleased.

Fixed a transmission leak truck had unfortunately shortly after that had a code saying that torque converter circuit intermittent called left message no one called back called again told him what I had going on said have to look at it but it was working fine until you took down transmission to fix leak and it wasn’t cheap now I have a bad torque converter I feel like I’ve been duked as a customer

Dropped off My wife’s 2010 Cadillac Escalade to be diagnosed regarding funky transmission issues. dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon. The following Monday I received a call From Rob, we discussed our options and went from there. A total of 8 days with out our Cadillac and a fresh rebuilt transmission. I would highly recommend Cottmans to anyone in need of quick and honest work.
