Wait in a long line to order food then get told I can’t order from there because I am paying with card and to go to the self checkout kiosk. When did this become a thing? The excuse was they were going to go on break soon.
Feels a little petty giving this review but it’s not the first time I’ve felt pushed away by employees here.

Ehh, I’ve been to better Costcos with friendlier staff! Today, Aaliyah, the cashier who assisted my family, wanted us to jump through hoops over a split payment. If this is policy, then why isn’t everyone abiding by it? This was the first time I’ve ever had an issue with how I chose to pay for my items. Aaliyah wasn’t too kind with letting us know that if a split payment was to be had, then a non member couldn’t finish the transaction. I’m an executive membership holder, why does it matter who finalizes the settlement? Maybe Aaliyah wasn’t having a good day, probably fed up with her reality, but I certainly don’t appreciate her customer service.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Either there are way too few handicap parking spaces, or DMV is handing out the hang placards like candy. Spoiler, it is a combination of both. Being confined to a wheelchair, the parking is always a nightmare, but it is like that most places. Always very busy.

So popular it's severely overcrowded and difficult to shop. And the gas station? Forget about it. The lines are way too long.

Buying in bulk can save u.money. I belong to Costco and Sam's and I find them both comparable with one major difference. U need to walk all over Costco to find things. Sam's club marks the isles clearly so u can shop more effectively and efficiently.

A large supermarket, where you go in thinking about spending 100 and end up with 400 dollars worth of purchases. It has many excellent quality products: wines, cheeses, cleaning products, etc. I also like vegetables. Be careful not to buy a large amount of processed or ultra-processed foods, which are the majority.

The "gold standard" for warehouse shopping! As empty nesters we don't go for the larger packaging anymore, but we know no matter what we buy we'll always get good value at Costco. We rarely need to return anything but the excellent return policy makes it easy. And every year the cash back with the Costco Visa always more than covers the membership fee.
