The facility is quite large, so you never feel crowded. There are plenty of machines and equipment, all in good condition. There is something for everyone. Finally, the staff are all happy and helpful. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going primarily to the location off Lendew for 6 months. The staff are great and there is plenty of space to get a workout in without feeling crowded. The steam room is a nice bonus. Great place overall.

This is such a great fitness community! My daughter has been practicing swimming at ClubFitness - Oak Branch for several years now. I thought the aquatics program was the best this club had. However, now that she is participating in Parisi Jump Start, I realize every program here is amazing. Great coaches, great atmosphere!

Love love this place. It has everything I need. Pool, suna, steam room, hot tub and all the equipment one could need. This club is beautiful and the staff is so amazing and friendly. I do the water works class with David and that is just to kick start my week. The members are great and so nice. Just a wonderful place to get your workout done

Never have I ever made numerous attempts to give an establishment my business, and have continuously failed. About three months ago I submitted an online inquiry regarding membership. Approximately five days after doing so I noticed I had not heard back from anyone in the membership department. I called one evening, and the lady who answered the phone stated that everyone in the membership department left for the day. Then she suggested I submit another inquiry and wait for someone to call back. I asked that she take my name for a follow up call and I will do another inquiry. Shortly there after about a week or so still no email nor attempted call back nor voicemail from anyone at this establishment. Last week Saturday driving by, I said to myself let me stop by to see someone in person and hopefully get a tour. The lady at the desk who greeted me stated that she was the only one working, therefore could not give me a tour because membership department was closed on the weekends. I informed her this was my fourth or fifth attempt to get information on joining and also joining. She assured me she would have someone in the membership department give me a call, I provided her my name and phone number. And she assured me she would have someone by the name of Trevor give me a call on Monday. Five days later, I still have not received a call from anyone here. I have since decided, if it is so hard to just get a simple call back, why should I bother to join because obviously my membership entries have gone on answered. For an establishment that charges about $70 a month for membership you would think the quality of service provided would be top-tier. This is a utterly ridiculous and unfathomable. To be such a quality facility on the outside, it’s a shame to find someone to provide good customer service such as a follow up phone call. The lady at the desk a few days ago also stated, please forgive us, because sometimes the online inquiry can be very faulty. I find this hard to believe when attempting to do so on three separate occasions. I guess stopping by in person, leaving your name, and number, requesting a phone call back is faulty as well.

I love going to Club Fitness-Oak Branch. I feel like I am on vacation everyday I go. They people who work there are so nice to me. Each time I check in and out they make me feel so welcomed. They Custodians keep the place top notch. Clean and beautiful. The upstairs gym is very nice. Lots of different equipment to use. The Sona room is so wonderful and hot. The steam room is wonderful. The hot tub is the best I have been in. The pool is beautiful and larger. They offer pool classes. They also offer for a cost swimming lessons for children. The shower products are very good quality. The showers are low flow saving water . I would like the showers to be a little more powerful but they do the job well. The restrooms are clean and stocked. The locker room is beautiful and everything is clean and comfortable. On my way I buy the best Protein Smoothies drinks in town. I have been so happy since I joined.

Has and will always be my favorite place to work out in Greensboro. There is not another facility like it in our area. Both locations are great. The staff are friendly and the locker rooms are luxuriously appointed and clean. Best value in Greensboro for a fitness center.

Wow. The amenities that come with not only the fantastic staff and equipment is mind blowing. Steam room, Sana, pool, AND hot tub! Greensboro location has hot tub in the woman's locker room. I suffer from RH and after a work out its like a personal spa day each workout. Also they can make protein shakes for you :) price for gym is great. I've toured most every gym locally and between 02 fitness, ymca, and sports center came close, but honestly club fitness beat them with flying colors. Its not crowded, two locations, clean facility. Also the owners/CO's are very friendly and keep the place clean.

More of a club and less of fitness. Lots of saunas, spas, massage, and pool stuff, but not a whole lot of treadmills, ellipticals, and dumbbells. Cost $20 for a day pass. That’s two months of Planet Fitness. If you are looking for a place to chill out instead of getting sweaty on a lot of moist carpet then this is it. Could use some renovations though. Ceiling leak spots, worn railings, and older machines aren’t too luxurious. Also not a fan of having to ask for a key to use a worn out locker. Would much prefer to bring my own padlock. ?
