Hotel near the airport (10 minutes by car), also convenient for getting around the area. Large rooms with large beds. Abundant and varied intercontinental breakfast. There is a swimming pool, clean and nice. There is also a 24-hour fitness room. Good wifi. Coffee and tea available to customers. The only flaw, they didn't clean and tidy up the room.

Loved loved this hotel!! Mary at front desk is the absolute BEST… kind, friendly, caring..and apparently a hard worker.. because she was on the desk a LOT!! Had to ask if she ever went home!! Initially my stay was for one night.. ended up staying an additional night because everything was sooo nice.. and everyone sooo accommodating.. I didn’t want to leave!! Location.. cleanliness, breakfast …. I have no complaints about ANYTHING!! Met Maria at checkout.. she was great too!! Anytime I’m in area.. Clarion will definitely be my choice!!! Heyyy Mary!!???? keep doing what you do!! See you next time!! Sharon Douglass from Virginia!!

Service was excellent the rooms were a little small but clean and organized making them very romantic for a couple
Food & drinks: Breakfast excellent, there were some things out of service but they managed to have things ready and warm or cool if needed. Really good service.

I cannot say enough for the service. Timothy is such a wonderful person. I didn't catch her name, but the woman working on 11 Mayz 2024 was so amazing as well. Such a breath of fresh air! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and feel like home. The TV works great, the Keurig gets you hot coffee. There's coffee and hot water for you. REAL EGGS. This hotel doesn't use powdered eggs!!!
Rooms: The king suite is great sized. Lots of room and the pullout couch is great.
Safety: Never felt unsafe.
Food & drinks: Great breakfast!

We were going to see a show at the airport hotel. Rooms there were too expensive so we booked more affordable prices here. Turned out to be the better idea on 5-10 minutes from airport. Staff was very friendly. I think her name was Marisol she made fresh cookies and invited me to join the choice program. The hallways were very dark. And the same with the rooms. I did not like that it was. But the room was clean and comfy. Slept pretty good after the show and even got the option of late check out. Slept thru the offered breakfast. But there was a Keurig in the room.
Rooms: Was dark in hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. Plenty of space and could potentially be adjoined to another room.
Nearby activities: Murder mystery dinner
Walkability: Low should have a car to go everywhere
Food & drinks: Hotel have a convenience stand and make fresh cookies out the oven

Clarion Pointe has some of the best hotel staff I have ever met. They were all very friendly and very helpful. They had to go breakfast bags ready for airport travelers and were on time with scheduling the airport shuttle. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quite dated in its look and feel and rooms feel a bit cluttered with some of the design choices. I am very picky about cleanliness and they were almost perfect, but there were a few hairs left in the shower at eye level. Everything else seemed to be perfectly clean and the attention to Detail was almost perfect.

Every time I come to Greensboro I stay at the Clarion Pointe. I'm originally from Greensboro. I would not stay anywhere else. The front desk employees are wonderful. The house keepers are great. The hotel is always clean. I've never had any problems here, but if I did I know they would address them right away. Last Christmas I only booked for two nights but I ended up needing to stay the whole week. They had no problem adding on the extra days for me and allowing me to stay in the same room. I would recommend Clarion Pointe to anyone that is coming to Greensboro.

This hotel offered just what we needed for the weekend. Easy check in, friendly staff and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I was especially grateful for the kindness of the staff on duty the morning we checked out. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room and I called to ask about it and the staff member immediately located them and held them at the desk until I could return to get them. Great customer service and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel nicest staff so cute the rooms were great they have a little bar
The breakfast buffet was the best I had the staff was nice you can ask for turkey options and they will make for you they had a yogurt we all toppings and you can make little waffles for kids and they even had cheese for grits I highly recommend staying there I was there overnight for work related trip but will be back to stay and explore the area

I would never recommend staying at this hotel. I just had a two-night stay there. On the last morning I noticed a smell of urine on the bed I had been sleeping on. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep so in the process of sleeping I must have pulled the sheets away from the mattress pad exposing it. Upon further inspection I noticed that about 2/3 of the bed was covered in a large urine stain which clearly had not been cleaned or changed prior to my check in. As you can understand I was very repulsed by that. Upon bringing this to the attention of hotel management the general manager Rushi Patel got immediately defensive and his exact words were I think we can agree we are both at fault here. Insinuating that I was at fault for not noticing it before. Obviously that was completely unacceptable to me. The manager offered me $10 off of my stay which I felt was unacceptable due to the potentially hazardous situation I had been in sleeping on some unknown person's bodily fluids. I immediately pulled out my cell phone and started filming the interaction which caused the manager to change his tone a bit and offer me half off but at that point I was pretty upset about the situation so he rescinded that offer and threatened to have me escorted out by the police. Even going as far as calling them and telling the 911 operator that I was on drugs. That couldn't be farther from the truth. I have this entire interaction on video. The manager refused to even look at the bed and when I asked if this is how you treat your customers he got angry and raised his voice telling me that I need to stop saying that and he doesn't care. As a paying customer that had a legitimate concern that anyone would feel the same way about, to be told that I was somehow responsible for the situation with the unacceptable room was absolutely mind blowing. There are far too many Hotel options in this area to ever want to deal with this type of treatment or unsanitary room conditions. If I could give zero Stars I would. Please go elsewhere and give your business to someone who actually values you as a customer and provides a clean and safe environment for you to sleep. I understand that mistakes are made but it's all about how you handle these situations and you cannot expect the management of this hotel to deal with the situation like this properly based on the experience that I just had. Keep in mind, this was not some $12 an hour front desk worker. This was the general manager and according to him also the owner. Very bad business practice and very bad customer service to the point where I'm considering involving a lawyer due to the fact that I could have been exposed to potentially hazardous bodily fluids. I would never allow myself or anyone in my family to stay in a facility like this ever again. I would expect that this video will make its way on to many of your social media platforms and you'll probably see it at some point.

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE
Exceptionally disappointing experience.
The lobby was welcoming and well appointed. However, things turned sour quickly when the self identified “general manager” arbitrarily canceled our reservation and refused us service or a room. His attitude changed as soon as he learned our reservation had been made and prepaid through a third-party booking website. He was well aware that our reservation could not be refunded without a letter from the hotel. No surprise, he was able to produce the letter immediately. There are too many better options available, so I’ll not have to deal with this rude, unwelcoming behavior again.

In High Point for business, I believe the 18th and 19th of March (last week), and my company sent me to that motel. Not mad at all. Mary, at the desk, was wonderful. The next morning, April was working in the breakfast area and was more than just a little helpful. The people at the desk at checkout were great and so kind. The room was perfect. My wife and I work together and she too was so very happy.
Rooms: Quiet, clean, and comfortable. I slept like a baby.
Food & drinks: The breakfast was extraordinary.
