We purchased gas here on 3/25/24, the gas was mostly water. Had to tow the car a few minutes after purchasing the gas. Paid $1400 in repairs.

Cashiers have changed in store. Had a problem with the self service machine. First would not take the cash then took it . Went to pump and tank cut off. Cashier cancel transaction but said she couldn't refund money or transfer to another pump. Very unhappy finally machine refund money never going back there again. Watch the self service machine because you may not get your money. Customer service sucks.

Y’all goofy, have one price on display but up charging when checking out. Then when i said something you act like you didn’t hear, i walk back to check the price & and I say something again you proceed to act like you don’t care by shrugging your shoulders.

I'm going to bring my phone inside the store the next time I come. Im going to film the rudeness of the female cashier that wears the head wrap....and then I'm going to post it on YouTube so everyone can see first hand how ugly her attitude is, and how she treats paying customers. I'm going to make her internet famous, and then I'm NEVER setting foot in that store again.

Sip n save is a waste. You pay for the subscription but there system NEVER works. Got my 2 subscriptions and ended up paying for both drinks the next day because “my number wasn’t showing in there system”

They lady told me they were out of printer paper. The cashier would not let me use my point and that’s the whole point of going to an Exxon or Mobile. Everyone there needs to be retrained! I am really upset I did not get my points. Gas is too expensive for the staff not to be trained on your point system.
