Went to get gas. Payed Inside and all my cards got declined, except my emergency credit card. After that. I go to the pump, press REGULAR gas and it automatically chooses premium. Then it just cancels my purchase all together. I go into complain and the woman seemed rather dismissive about it. I work retail and understand service industry is not easy. But whoever is running this place needs to get their ducks in a row. the machines are obviously broke. Or rigged.

One of the worst Circle Ks in North Carolina. Constantly closed during the middle of the day. Clerks don't seem too thrilled about their jobs. I know it's not them though. Bad management and upper management is always the case, especially with this company. Just sell off your stores and leave it up to good establishments like Sheetz that know about customer

They’re supposed to be open later than they are. I think the employees are closing the store before they’re supposed too. Online says one time but 2 nights in a row, they’re closed before 11pm. Why? They’re the only gas station around. Just forget going here.

My experiences with customer service have not been stellar at this location. Earlier, we stopped at Circle K, I had to pee, they said their restrooms were out of order, both of them, so I peed where I assume they are peeing, behind the effing building, I can understand restrooms being closed but it's the bold faced acne scarred white woman lying that got my goat

I never write reviews, but DO NOT GO HERE! They placed a $50 hold on my card (I was rang up INSIDE to buy $10 of gas) and I NEVER recieved this $50 back. My bank says they are still holding onto it, so I called Circle K twice, and both times got cussed out by an older southern woman who works in there who refuses to listen to me. She insists it’s my bank’s fault- but I have talked to Wells Fargo four times and they insist it’s Circle K and will not do anything about it. Horrible, nasty customer service, sad employees, would literally never go near it with a 10 foot pole. Save yourself the money you never wanted to spend :)

My husband went here to buy a beer and when the cashier ask for his id he told my husband that they no longer accept mexican passaports only american passaport. So we went to another circle k we had no problem and i asked about that so called new policy and behold there is no such new policy. Never taking my bussiness to this place the cashier is shady and by the looks of things racist.

Tameaka E was horrible! She was taking a personal phone call at the register on speaker phone while ringing up customers not saying a word to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I came into this Circle K on November 26 at 11:24pm and specifically requested a wood tip sweet black and mild. The cashier handed me a plastic tip and I realized once I got to my car that she had given me the wrong cigar. I immediately returned and upon bringing it to her attention she stated that “all tobacco products are final sale” and refused to give me what I had originally asked for. (Same price)
I’ve been coming to this Circle K for years and never have had someone be so rude after an error on their end.
The customer service at this location just seems to get worst as time goes on.

I am not surprised that this place only has 3 stars. I am a 42 year old man with proper id and the associate wouldn't sell me cigs. The id was from a different state but come on where does it state that you can't accept my id. Even Walgreens accept my id and they scan them.
