Awful customer service and unprofessional!! If anything goes wrong, it's the customer's fault. Stay away from!! They'd get zero stars if I could haven given them that!!

Having been waiting for Cpap supplies for 2 months. Always state they are waiting for order from doctor. I told them to call me if any problems. They never call. I have to call them. At this point my machine is totally useless, leaking thin mask, leaking tubing. Going with another company. Choice is very unreliable.

This is the greatest company ever, they are fast friendly and reliable. They provide excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs medical equipment
