I'm very selective about the care and education my children receive. This place DOES NOT MISS. From the moment we walked in they had already made the proper accommodations for our child. They always make us feel welcomed to stop by and observe. We love it!! They are absolutely amazing!!.

The school is amazing! My daughter loves the school. She has medical concerns and they have kept me updated every step of the way. I love going to visit and I am always welcomed and greeted whenever I come. I am so glad we chose this school for my daughter's PreK and truly wish we thought about daycare here for her as well.

My son loves it here! He and Ms. Jolene, the Director, have a very special relationship. She goes out of her way to make all the children feel special. My son had a rough day at his elementary school, and she took time to talk to him about it. When I came to pick up, I asked him how his day was, which is our usual conversation starter. He says "well, it was rough because someone made me upset, but Ms. Jolene let me talk about it and I am ok now." My heart grew 1000X for her. Ms. Tyanna, the Asst. Director, is also great and she is always so positive. Her smile is an instant mood changer.I am also grateful for the KidReports that I get each day, the consistent information and updates, and the implementation of the curriculum. Ms. Sarah, his teacher, always shares information and is a ray of sunshine. I am grateful for all the ladies at CNI162 and am glad that they play a role in my child's life.

I went to pick my niece up last week and witnessed the assistant director being very unprofessional and outrageously rude with a parent it was so inappropriate and poorly handled I felt extremely bad for that mother. She looked incredibly taken aback by the way she was treated. It definitely made me question the l treatment of the children in the facility bc this lady was very angry , combative, rude, and aggressive Highly Disappointed never had any issue with child care network prior to this will definitely be having my niece removed if the assistant director isn’t removed !

Mrs G is a terrible director. Her assistant direct Tyana is unprofessional and has an attitude problem. She can’t get along with staff let alone parents. She should not be the assistant director of anyones daycare! I will never ever take my child to this daycare! Honestly just unprofessional and ghetto.

This has got to be the most disrespectful Director of a daycare I have ever met. Just no tact. No Professionalism. They leave messages with 3 year olds, not the adults. Then when you ask about it the rudeness just permeates. For the same money I have had way better service actually from the same company. This is not the type of service I expected my dollars to get at all!Just got a follow up call. Wanted to transfer my daughter back to west market where I actually got good service and they are full. Director, Miss G, calls back....do you have any other option you want to go with. I swear. The rudest lady ever. Normally I would have let her hear a thing or two but it was no use to waste my energy.

My daughter transitioned here from another childcare facility in the area and Ms. G made the process seamless as possible. I love the energy we get from the staff at drop off and pickup. They make us feel very welcome especially with us not being able to come in due to covid procedures. The only reason I scored this facility a 4 is because when I tour the outside the playground and neighborhood in background was an eye sore. Other than that I love the communication and the daily reports I received!

Ms. Portia is one of the best staff members at ChildCare Network. She seems to always make the children as well as staff are comfortable. I have seen her countless times go over and beyond with her craft by ensuring greatness is achieved by any means necessary. The children have fallen in love with her, from the toddlers up to the school agers. When she walks in the building it causes a level of excitement that is unexplainable. She assist other teachers when they have issues or concerns and even helps out the administration staff. She is definitely a strong woman of many hats. Thank you so much for the Portia effect!! Please try ChildCare Network for your next career or your own children’s development you will not regret your new journey.

The director and assistant director were very helpful and welcoming. However, both my 2 year old and 7 year old hated going there. My two year old screamed and cried the whole car ride to the daycare (took two weeks after not going there for him to get in the car without having a melt down). My 7 year old witnessed the toddler children constantly being yelled at for bathroom accidents and even smacked on the hands as a form of discipline. My son had questionable bruising on him on his arm, which were clearly finger marks. As a mother it was very difficult and stressful to be dealing with a new job and having your children suffer. Ultimately, I had to quit my job and will not trust others to care for my children due to this experience.

My children attend Childcare Network and Miss Portia the front manager, is awesome! My son is in Miss Annie's toddler class and she treats my son like her own. My son is at the age where he has temper tantrums and she knows exactly how to handle him. I am so relieved to know that my children are being taken care of by people that truly love them.
