For those who don't know and loved Changes Salon like it did. Jim has retired and Changes became a Leon's. I did the same as the review below and tried to call for a haircut. I work close by so I just stopped by to see why the phone wasn't working and Jim informed me of the decision he made. I got to give him a hug and wish him the best.On a brighter note, I got my haircut right then and there. I met an amazing stylist named Leah. She did an amazing job and told her that I had a wedding to go to. She said that she would cut it in a way that made it look like it wasn't freshly cut and it was great. I stopped by today to make my second appointment with her bc I lost the card and nothing has been updated just yet with the new location. Give them a try! They're super sweet and do a great job.... Plus it's hair. It will grow back. LolThank you, Jim! For everything!

Jim did a wonderful job on my hair. He is so amazing!! I always love talking to him while he works his magic. He made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. I will be back many times and I recommend him to anyone wanting to bring some life back into their hair! Such an amazing place.

First time at this salon and I have already scheduled a return visit. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly. Jim cut my hair and I very happy with it. Enjoyed the chat as well.

I used a coupon for my first visit and was delighted with the stylist. Very nice decor. Not very crowded. Everyone very friendly and thoughtful. I have been back twice since my first visit and will continue to go there. My stylist is first rate as are all the stylists I've observed. Pricing is very reasonable.

I would love to continue to support this business, but due to the lack of professionalism I refuse. Every time an employee leaves, regardless of the situation, the owner does everything in his power to steal away their clientele. This is not the first time I’ve received 50% off after a valued employee moved on to bigger and better things. Do better Jim.

So happy I called this salon! Jim was very professional and kind. Pam fixed my hair to the shade I wanted and I will definitely be going back to do some highlights to brighten my color. So glad I found a place I could trust.

IVA IVA IVA!!!!! She is the best! She is a no nonsense kind of lady and I love her for this! She is very skilled and always striving to work with you! She is skilled with curly hair which she has herself and good at avoiding the dreadful yellow or orange blonde. Not only that but she is a great human...which is kind of important to me when I am stuck in a space with someone for a while. Beyond that, Changes as a salon is super clean, super covid safe, not pretentious, affordable and a comfortable place that I comes back to very 6-8 weeks. Been doing that for almost 3 years. If you look at my past reviews, I am a picky gal but have nothing but good here!
