I went to Cass to get my engagement ring resized and Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She answered all of my questions and they were able to resize my ring for $90 in two days compared to another quote I got for $200 and it would have taken them two weeks. I’m so glad I got another opinion and found Cass Jewelers! My ring fits perfectly now and I will continue to give Cass my business. Thank you Stephanie!!

Cass Jewelers has had our business since we moved here 25 years ago and will continue to have it until we’re gone. They have the most helpful and friendly staff and are never pushy. In the year 2000 or so my husband bought the most beautiful ring for me to celebrate several anniversaries at one time. I was so excited!! We were sitting at Village Tavern with another couple and here comes Geoff across the dining room to deliver my newly sized and polished ring for my husband to put on my finger!! That was above and beyond “customer service”. I have continued to feel that special every time I have visited the store. It doesn’t matter if we are purchasing or repairing, or even a simple battery replacement, we are always treated with that same above and beyond treatment. I’ve always appreciated their honesty as well. They never go ahead with a repair until they have had it approved first. They have always been truthful when a piece is just not repairable. Unlike many unsavory sorts, the almighty dollar is not their first priority. If you are in need of services or just looking for a little something special, I would visit Cass Jeweler’s first.

Went in to Cass Jeweler’s with my wife to have a battery installed in her watch. Stephanie helped us and she was awesome! What great customer service. We left with a new battery and I left with a new Cass watch….. which I love! We highly recommend Cass Jewlers!

I’m new to the area and I have been looking for good jewelers…. well, I found them. Cass Jewelers has met my needs when it comes to resizing my rings. I was so impressed that I have returned three times and I’ll take my wife’s jewelry to them too. Their communication with me has always been clear, the turnaround time on work has always been faster than the norm, and they saved me money. Yes, they actually talked me out of a repair that would’ve been more expensive and recommended a less expensive service that offered more flexibility and saved the aesthetics of the ring. Impressive Cass Jewelers… you have a happy customer that will continue to return. For anyone reading this, give Cass Jewelers a chance to serve you.

Update: I got my ring back early and it’s absolutely SPARKLING and so perfect! It fits like a glove. My fiancé and I are so incredibly happy with the customer service we received from Jordan and the rest of the team there! I couldn’t recommend a better jeweler no matter where you are located. I’d drive hours just for their customer service!There are so many positive things I can say about Cass Jewelers. I dropped my engagement ring off on Saturday to be resized as well as appraised. As someone who is newly engaged I’m so anxious to get it back. Jordan Cass is by far the sweetest, most professional, accommodating and helpful person I have ever met. She has answered every question I have had, as well she has been the most nice person anytime I’ve called. The whole family as Cass Jewelers are amazing! I don’t have my ring back yet as we are waiting on appraisal but my fiancé and I are planning on getting our bands from here and will be long time customers. If you need anything with jewelry, go here. You won’t regret it!
