Spent 20 minutes, waiting, one cashier up three customers , four emerge from the back, but we’re only communicating with each other, manager is the worst, she never made eye contact( not necessary but professional) offers crack head prices, very dismissal, & no I left without pawning but I will never return.

Love it here! The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable about each of the items. Purchased a ring that I love, love, love with the help of Ms. Tasha and Ms. Shanetta. I will be going back soon!

This is by far the worst pawn shop I have ever delt with! I started a Layaway with a chain and a pendant. When it came time to get the chain it was not the same pendant! Granted the chain was held for me but after you been making payments on the chain for months you expect to get the product you originally wanted! The pendant had the same weight but not the same pendant me and my man picked out! The chain was originally 700 and the pendant was 140 all asked for was the pendant to be refunded and Tasha said it was a no go because she held it for me! Obviously ppl are stealing in this store and switching item numbers and I would not recommend buying from this store at all or putting anything on Layaway! I lost over 400 dollars selling the chain back to them because my man was unhappy with their service and the whole situation!

Never lost an item here, but they still spent an hour the other day testing and talking to each other then offering an insult. No thanks, 5 minute drive down the street to National got me 3x more than they offered in less than 10 minutes, so don't waste time and just go to National

Horrible place of business...I called them to buy a xbox they said they had some in stock I told them I was coming from burlington nc to pick 1 up and when I get there they don't even have the cords to go to the system so I made this whole Tripp for no reason! Very unprofessional and lazy workers..won't be back ever! They even tried selling me the system with no cords and no way to test it. Sad. ..

Tasha is a great employee. The best since I have work with this company. Always friendly and willing to work me as a customer. The entire stuff at summit has been good to me lately. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop.

I have pawned my laptop and bought it back several times at this location. and after making the store 100s in interest, i decided to pawn it in again, and could not afford to get it back, so i offered to let it go, but since i did not expect to not get it back like i usually do in paying interest and pawn fees, I left my school data and info on there, which i need. One would think after being the reliable and loyal customer that I am that this pawn shop would allow me to get my property ( the data i did not sell them) back on a flash drive before they own the hardware and wipe it clean anyways at no consequence or extra charge… BUT NOPE…. talk about pathetic and petty. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this place. good luck selling that laptop anyways.they could have been courteous enough to just let me have what i own and what they are going to trash anyways at no struggle for them, but they are playing games telling me they need to call corporate when the store is privately owned and not cooperating, having an attitude and being dishonest.the data on the laptop is priceless to me and it would make my life difficult to lose it. So should i lose it, they will be hearing from my lawyers.do yourself a favor. don’t come to this place .as I just explained its a nightmare and i made them more than $700 off a $200 laptop pawn, and known them for 2 years. only for it to end like this. I feel bad for the good staff that have to work under this horrible management.
