I was really impressed with their service! I had recently walked out of Auto Zone after a clerk there had brushed off a question of mine about battery terminals and told me to simply eyeball the parts to find what I needed.I prefer good service, so I immediately left there and drove to Advance.There was a big difference in customer service!1. When I walked in the door, a gentleman behind the counter welcomed me and said he would be with me momentarily.2. Another employee helped me look up the part on the computer to find the one I needed.3. When the first employee was done, he told me about my different options and how the battery terminal I had been using could cause the wiring to short out (which was the issue). And he helped me find a better part.4. I had purchased two different parts and wanted to make sure I used the right one for each polarity (and I wanted to confirm their great customer service for my review). So I went back into the store and asked them to confirm which part went on each battery polarity. They graciously answered that question as well.Bottom line: If you want great customer service, go to Advance Auto Parts.

The service from this location is terrific. Several times I've had issues with a car and they have been incredibly helpful in helping me solve my problem. Today, they did it again. These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. You don't find service and attention like this very often.

I came here around 2:40pm on a Friday (9/9/22) afternoon with primary purpose of buying a fuel system cleaner. Fortunately for me, it was right to the front when I walked in, which I thought was super ironic! I grabbed a bottle from the shelf and walked around just to browse. The store wasn't busy at all. The store was fairly clean and organized. There were two staff working. My wait to check out was short and I have no complaints. My issue came with the price of the item. I got Techron complete fuel system cleaner. When it rang up, the price was $18.79 pre tax and $20.06 post tax. I was about to pay but then I stopped because that wasn't the price I saw, which was like $10. So I go look at the shelf and see that it's $10.79. I tell the cashier and she comes over. She points out that $10.79 was for the "smaller bottle". At a glance, they all look the same size! There were 7 bottles across 4 shelves. The top two shelves said $10.79 and the bottom said $16.59. At a glance, all of the bottles look the same size. There was ONE bottle that was smaller than the rest. To add to the confusion, the tag/label doesn't include the size.... To make matters worse, when I pointed out the difference in price ($16.59 vs $18.79), I was told the label wasn't even the right price and that it needed to be changed -__-Needless to say, paid the $20.06. While the staff person was polite and apologized, the store needs to be sure the right prices are labeled and things are in the correct spot to prevent confusions and issues as suck.

I generally go out the way to go to this particular store. Carmen the manager, is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. I never have received a wrong part from this business. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Employees are very kind and greet you with a smile... Not your typical auto parts store where customers can walk around and survey parts...but its more of a distribution center then a showroom...very nice store...huge quanity of parts

I just paid a visit to the advance auto parts about 2 miles from my home. I have always had the best experience here. Anthony is superb and I think he has helped me several times... I wish the executives higher up could get a glimpse of his customer service. Every time he has helped me he has been patient and gone the extra mile... No five extra miles. Please recognize this young man for his wonderful care... You all are so fortunate to have an employee like him.

I went in for some windshield wipers and by the time I was done paying for the items, the store manager, Anthony, already had them installed on my vehicle. They take pride in their work and it shows. The employees are knowledgeable and the store is clean. I would not go elsewhere for my auto needs.
