After having my car totaled following an accident, I HAD to get a new car. We went to CarMax in Greensboro and worked with Darryl. He was patient and friendly and responsive throughout the process.
I was even more impressed when the first vehicle we purchased had issues (unknown to CarMax, I feel confident) and I needed to return it. There were no questions asked and no pressure to continue with another sale there. But, we did and found the perfect vehicle.
My husband will be in the market for a car soon, and we will go back. Very happy with our experience.

I recently bought my first car with the help of Josh and he made my experience so exciting and stress free. He was very kind and was able to answer any questions I had as well as keeping the communication very clear. I would love to come back to CarMax and be able to work with Josh in the future.

* Was 5 Stars * Great service and always a pleasant experience. We recently made our 6th purchase with CarMax and we look forward to our 7th.

11th car purchased at Carmax and today they missed the mark. I would assume that our salesman was having a bad day because the normally great customer service, was missing.
We will give it another shot but will not deal with the same salesman.

My family has gone to CarMax for several years, and we just returned yesterday now that we're in need of a new used car and got the same wonderful service as always! Our sales person, Bree, was extremely helpful, friendly, and transparent with the status of the car we looked at and it's history! Just as a side note, the office is immaculately clean as well! Thanks guys!

My 2nd experience at this shop is a lasting one. I am so very grateful Bree was able to help me, listen to me, and explain to me every detail about the process I was dealing with. I absolutely love the way she was understanding and resourceful. It felt like she really enjoyed the moment with me and my support as much as we did! Thank you so much Bree, I appreciate you so much. (This experience is very different from the first time I visited the store but I really want to focus on the amazing job she did to help me)
-the first experience was not the the salesperson's fault though. It was a personal issue that was hard to navigate and I think they did what was logical to them. I appreciate the work they did to keep the situation from being an escalated situation
