“Everyone was prompt and efficient in handling my issues. The reception was busy & full. However, the advisors were assisting customers in a quick, professional manner.
I really loved the tech video that details MY vehicles' exact issues & allows the customer to know the exact work required.”

My only con is that, I asked for a "premium" rental, & they didn't have any. Instead of giving me an upgrade or take something off my rental, they gave me a car below that...since it was the same price. Being that the gentleman was so nice & it was just me without my family, I didn't make a big deal about.”
“I was there today with a charge dispute from a rental the insurance co. paid for. The guy helping me provided the paper work needed to get back to my insurance co. Very polite, no issues. I’m doing a review because today was the 2nd time I witnessed a customer talking down to the employees there for doing their job. These guys all show a ton of patience and grace while being put down and yelled at by people that are clearly in the wrong.
Don’t try to rent a car with a debt card that’s not a visa or master card.
They don’t take cash.
Don’t try to scam your insurance by demanding a suburban when you drive a Honda fit, and blaming the guy at enterprise cause your plan failed.
People deserve to be talked to with respect, leave your issues at home.”

“We had a flight from hell, arriving in GSO last Friday/Saturday at 12:30 am, and sitting for over 2 hours waiting to deplane. The National agent was still at the counter at 2:30 am dealing with a 'torches & pitchforks' crowd. He handled us in turn and when a car was available we went on our way.

“In a showroom that looks so uninviting I found a gem named Ashley! I was so worried, based on the appearance of the store, about the car and service I would receive. Ashley was bright eyed and bubbly at 8am in the morning which I could never be! Explained everything in detail and her smile brought such light to a gloomy setting.
