I went to the showroom yesterday and look around for 10 to 15 mints but non of the sales persons bother to come and help me even the person on the front disk told me he will call someone I think this is a very bad practice and will get customer to walk away from buying your products,

Jesus was a phenomenal representative of Capital Hyundai of Greensboro! He served myself and my partner with professionalism, care and integrity. Jesus was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, took us on a test drive within minutes of our arrival and provided such a smooth transition to Anthony to cover our financial data. Jesus even assisted us with getting set up in the car well after we had completed our transaction and also well after the closing time of the location. We also had an impeccable experience with Anthony! What a wonderful place to lease a car! We will be returning for all of our transportation needs. This was our first experience with car shopping in NC as we are recent transplants from NYC. We love it here!
Last thing: shout out to the manager that helped lower our monthly lease cost by allowing additional rebates. 5 star, white glove service!

We came to look for options and Tim was the greatest! He was able to find the best option for us and meet our expectations, he was super clear, very transparent and with a strong customer focus, he answered all of our questions and explained all differences between vehicles, I am glad we came here and we left with a brand new car. The service department is a joke. Every time I come to this dealership, there’s more unnecessary nonsense. The new service manager is incompetent. I really hate that I paid extra for a customer care package that makes me have to get my vehicle serviced through a Hyundai dealership to keep the contract valid. I would love to go to a local automobile service center where I will be treated like a valuable customer and with courtesy. I have given this location enough chances to provide good customer service (I’m not even asking for great or excellent) and you cannot provide the bare minimum. Find another Hyundai dealership for your business. Remember if you buy a car at this location, you will eventually have to deal with the service department too. Glad I was just getting maintenance work done and not something serious.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but I had a truly remarkable experience at Capital Hyundai of Greensboro.
I had a warranty issue with my vehicle. They honored the warranty, promptly scheduled the repair, and fixed the issue immediately and thoroughly. I was impressed with their service, waiting area and staff.

Everyone was fantastic and worked really hard to get us the car we wanted. Drove 2 hours to get there and was definitely worth it for their selection and help in picking out a new vehicle. Would recommend!

I am a big fan of the Hyundai brand and more particularly this dealership. I have bought 2 cars here because no other one in the NC/VA area can offer me the same price point and quality professional interactions during the buying process. More importantly the service department here has even through covid maintained a professional and quality maintenance department. No problems with my services, keeps the health of my cars, and focuses on the customer. Even when the scope of the work is outside of their capacity. They come alongside of you and give you helpful information and referrals including what to say to insurance providers. Overall a quality place of business.

Had taken my car to Crenshaw Hyundai in Burlington for a software update and they ruined my transmission....make a long story short, the transmission was replaced but had other issues Crenshaw refused to addressed. Took my car to capital Hyundai and spoke with Jack Sheridan the Service Manager. Jack was able to diagnose the issue and repair. Jack provided exceptional service which I am grateful for...excellent customer service. Will be taking my car to Capital Hyundai from now on.

I recently bought a Hyundai Tuscon hybrid SUV. The interior and the exterior are well designed and very pleasing to the eye. I love this vehicle's safety features and the smooth and very comfortable ride. It comes with a 10-year warranty and a 3 year oil and tire rotation making it attractive for the buyer.
