Rented a vehicle from GSO (Greensboro) airport. The process at pick up and drop off was seamless. The vehicle that I rented was great!! The customer service at the time of pickup and drop off was AWESOME!! Keep up the great work!

Not happy with my experience. I booked online, but when I got to the counter, the attendant told me I couldn't reserve with a debit card. He mumbled a few stipulations where I could use a debit card but didn't make it sound like I could use it. I don't have a credit card at this time. I asked him straight up if I could use it, and he shook his head. He said I could call customer service. So, I'm about to panic because I don't have a car.I looked at my reservation email and buried within was the debit card policy at the airport was that I could use it if there is a verification of a return flight. I showed that to him, and he said he told me that. Then, he walked off. Then someone else checked us out with no problem.Then, when I returned the vehicle, there was a sign that said "Avis/Budget No Attendant on Duty", so I put the car back in the spot where I originally picked it up. After getting our bags and walking halfway across the parking lot, an attendant told me I had to go back and pull the car around. Conveniently, the sign was turned around that said to drop off here.All in all, the process was disorganized. The car itself was OK.

Over two hours waiting time from the moment I wrote my name in there list, all those people are waiting together with me, when we make reservations online they don't show us that they have only 3 staff to give out 30 cars per hour . I Allredy missed one business meeting I had today tnx to Budget rent a car

100% good customer service. Personable, pays attention to detail.... I have a bad knee, and I use a handicap ID. I could not walk to your parking area for your cars. Your employees saw that I got my car brought close the exit door, which was a big help, being that the sky cap had pushed me down to your check-in area. Thank you again for you wonderful kind service... I will be using you again and again.

I picked up my rental that I needed for a business trip, and the staff at the airport was very nice. When I had to return my car it was an easy drop off and no need to go in and drop it off. I handed keys over to the guy in the parking lot and my receipt was emailed.

In trying to book a rental at GSO (Greensboro) I had to speak to EIGHT representatives. Only one spoke English well enough that I didn't have to keep asking him to repeat. In this small airport Budget must approve any after-hours pickup. During this process I received a confirmation number and a price, with the caveat that to get after-hours pickup approved, I must call 72 hours in advance (I started 5 days early), and I was told that if Budget didn't approve the rental I would be notified by the Tuesday before my rental. I never heard from Budget after that. I was also assured that staff monitors flight arrivals and that late flights would be served. Since we could never reach anyone by phone at GSO or in the United States for that matter, we knew we might get to an airport and have no car. We were SO RIGHT. So I ordered a taxi -- transportation dispatcher said "oh yeah, Budget says they'll have people there...they never do". We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel for $110 and then the next morning, an Uber back to GSO for $43. My complaint about the service is not that the airport car rentals don't stay open 24/7, my complaint is that EIGHT PEOPLE LIED about it. The rental car desk at this airport does not have a published phone number, and GSO airport line goes directly to voice mail and no one calls back, so heads up if you are thinking of renting there! The Budget/Avis staff at the rental counter were marginally friendly but when I asked if my car would be smoke-free the agent said "We don't know, we're in here!". Really. On the plus side, when we were heading out to the rental lot, a man who works in the returns lot happened to be at the check-in desk too. He was extremely helpful in showing us the best walkway to take for my husband who was using a cane. The rest of those employees don't have much interest in customer service. LONG WAIT for car pickup. There were only two agents working, about 8 people in Fastbreak line and looked like about 13 in the regular line. It took me about half an hour to get my rental agreement. There was no line at Enterprise/National. We have decided that when we next go to GSO we will show them our Budget confirmation and see if they'll match it. I believe they will.

Still waiting on vehicle 20 minutes after pickup time. Glad I prepaid to make it faster…Counter personnel said they were ready, but cars were still getting cleaned = not ready.

To begin with, the vehicle was just filthy. The back seat had some sort of white stains on it and when my mother pulled out the seatbelt back there it had some sort of sticky candy all over it which she got on her clothing (but to be fair this time the rental was picked up at another airport, still your company). But most of all the billing is ONCE AGAIN WRONG. I rent through Costco and had a contract for xxx amt but was billed for about $50 more. So of course, I will have to call yet again to straighten things out. This is to say nothing of the fraudulent charges from NOVEMBER 2022 which I see have turned up on my visa again like a bad penny after having been disputed twice. Fraudulent as in Another named person that I do not know, in another city that I haven't visited in several years and I have proven that wasn't even I the country at the time of that rental by submitting boarding passes. Visa replaced my card, yet here you are again BUDGET. Bad, bad, bad.

The customer service in Greensboro was top notch. The staff was courteous, attentive, and very helpful. However, when I returned the car at the Pittsburg airport, it was horrible. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Also, it would have been helpful if an employee was available outside the airport to be of assistance when I was returning the car.

Budget Car Rental at Greensboro Airport did a great job for me. Nice to have a Genesis G70 to rent. Check-out and check-in was easy as pie. Agents were friendly and helpful.

When I went to rent, my Amex card was not working. It was on Saturday and did not have time to fix the error at that time. I was told that my card would not be charged and I could switch the Panay card when I returned the vehicle. My payment was processed anyway and upon returning I was told that they could not refund the card and charge the Amex as needed. I have never seen a company that cannot credit a card and recharge one. They did offer a $200 inconvenience credit. How could they credit that but not the entire amount?? This was a 4 week rental that was roughly $1700. When I called I asked to speak to a supervisor, that person told me that she was the top of the line when I asked for a corporate phone number. She could not even give me an email address to which to file a formal complaint. I find all this bull. I will not be retuning to them for any rental in the future.
