Good morning and what nice weather 10/25/22. It is such a pleasure currently when someone in the Service Industry maintains their professionalism and goes beyond the call of duty without being asked. Leigh Dillard fits this bill as I had a windshield issue 10/24/22 after just having the windshield replaced ten days past. I was told by the replacement company at 3:00; Well our agent is done for the day and he will call you tomorrow at 9:00 to possibly work you into his two hour window. This was after the individual mentioned that Thursday 10/27/22 might work for themInteresting as I like, I am sure Leigh carry work home every night till at least 7 and field calls most of the time. Without going further Leigh made a few calls and had the repair gentleman at my residence by 4:30 10/24/22. I want to say "Thank you" to such a kind person and to Leigh for caring and making things happen. Keep doing what you are doing Leigh as in this environment today you easily standout! Have a nice week and Thanks again Mrs. Dillard.

I have had my insurance with the Brown Insurance Group for decades, and in a world where customer service is spotty and you can never count on things, they are shining stars! From a car accident I had twenty years ago, to my teen daughter's car insurance madness, to homeowners insurance for my late mother's unoccupied house while it was prepared for sale, to twenty years of renters' insurance and nutty landlords, they've been here for us. Leigh Dillard in particular is a treasure. If I could give ten stars out of five, I would. When I buy a house in the near future, you can bet my one and only call for homeowner's insurance will be to Leigh. The Brown Insurance Group has your back. I recommend them to everyone.

Brown Insurance was the insurance company listed as insurer for Tree Works - Affordable Tree Service when I contracted to have some work done at the house. The tree company failed in their execution of the work contracted. When I contact the insurance company, they were less than helpful in covering or correcting the felled trees that were left on the property. While Brown Insurance Group provided the COI for the job, they were not willing cover the claim for their customer's error.EDIT - You are correct I never did file a claim. I was never allowed to do so. Your staff, Jessica, reached out to your client to try and rectify this. Your client never corrected the issue. I then reach out to Jessica again on 10/22/2021 with no response. I was never afforded the opportunity to actually file a claim. After months of run around from your client and no response from Brown Insurance Group, I contracted with a reputable contractor to correct the issue.

Recently within the last 2 months I've had the privilege of speaking with Ms. Leigh Dillard. She was extremely kind, caring, understanding, and most of all very helpful with me getting my account back in good standing and very informative concerning any questions I had; giving me directions on what i should do next to make sure everything went well without any hiccups! As Long as Leigh is with the Brown Insurance group they will have my buisness. She always looks out for us and treats us like family. The transition from “Berry to Brown” has been seamless, as we were with Carolyn Berry for as long as I can remember.
