The screens at the pumps play ads that cover up the button options when starting a transaction. There's a "Yes" option and a "No" option, but the ad is covering up the question. It's insane enough that we have to listen to ads while paying for gas. It's even more insane that they prevent the pump from functioning properly

The people who work here are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They both need serious lessons in manners and customer service. When I asked for a carton of cigarettes they said they don’t have cartons, then they brought me a carton. They overcharged me and then got angry and rude when I politely questioned it. They yelled at me that they cannot sell more than 4 packs at a time. I said ok, the next time I come in I should not ask for more than 4 packs and that will be ok and you guys won’t get upset with me? They yelled at me and said “You can not get any more! You’re done!” I said no, I don’t need anymore today, that’s not what I was asking you. I’m just saying next month, when I need more, is it ok to get 4 packs and you won’t be mad? He yelled and said don’t ever come back!!! Go somewhere else!!! I said no problem! I will never be back! I’ve never been treated so poorly! I asked for the contact information of the store owner and he said no. I called corporate to see if I could get the owner’s info so I could file a complaint and they said the only way to get that information is from the store employees, who won’t give me that information. I will never go back to this store and I will be telling all of my family, friends and neighbors to avoid this store. Unbelievable.

Paid $7 for a wash and the car wash broke half way though the wash my car was covered in soap. I parked my soapy car up front and told the attendant that my car wash didn't finish and if I could just run through it again to get the soap off. She went to the back to talk to what I would assume was the manager and I was told they would assist me so I waited 15 mins for someone to come out and check on it no one came out, soap dried on my car. Thanks a bunch!

Their 93 is not actually 93. My check engine light comes on whenever I put a lower rating in and it has done so right after being here multiple times.

I’ve been coming to this gas station for about a year now, and am thoroughly impressed with the place. Very clean and consistent. Every worker I’ve had interactions with have all been extremely respectful and well dressed. I hope they keep it up. As a service technician, I’ve been to a lot of BPs, and not all are the same. This one is definitely one of the good ones.

Pumps are painfully slow so you have to listen to advertisements, at the pump, WHILE YOU'RE PUMPING GAS. No thank you, if I wanted to be forced to listen to advertisements I'd subscribe to cable TV again. Not going here anymore.
