An eyesore with a rundown-exterior,grime, and hand painted gas pumps. It doesn’t fit the neighborhood and of course has poor service inside.Purchased Path water; no $ prices on the waters.That leaves the door open to predatory practices \\u0026 exploitation of patrons. Deplorable. [Over 4 years, this place has only become worse, to pretend this negligible effort would improve is doubtful. ]

Been coming here for years!! Today I had the worst customer service and I’m so disappointed. It’s sad to say but I’ll drive further down the road just to avoid them now… treat your customers better.

Wish I didn’t have to get gas at this place cause they are terrible. She tell me the only way to play lottery is to pay cash and I said that’s not true you can pay with debit cards at anywhere else. She said you can go to atm I said you are crazy to think I’m give you 3 dollars to get 20 for what ??

The worse store I been to so far, when ever I stop by want to buy something, the guy behind the counter put a wrong higher price, and I have to correct him.

Three words; save your time. This place has horrible management and employees are rude and disrespectful! I would highly recommend going to some other gas station for your business.

I would never go to this BP again. The customer service here was beyond rude. Rima Shah (Cashier and Manager) sold me a defective charger. I went back the next day to try and exchange it (not return it ) and when I got there the new cashier Harsh told me in a very disrespectful was that I would have to wait for Rima in order to exchange it because she was the manager and he couldn't do anything about. I come back the next morning and Rima tells me I can't exchange it even though the charger was defective. She tells me that I have to wait until January 10th when the boss gets back. (This makes no sense) When I ask could I speak with anyone or is there a policy I could look at pertaining to defective items...RIma begins to yell at me in front of other customers. I did not raise my voice once. Rima tells me people come in all the time trying to return or exchange the chargers, but then tells me that she's never had anyone have an issue with the chargers, this is not the only time she contradicts herself because she says that people can't exchange their chargers after the next day, but then says if I would've came the next day (which I did) she would have been able to exchange it. Rima proceeds to yell and make disrespectful comments as I leave the store because I asked for her information. I would NEVER go back to this BP every again because not only are they selling defective items, but they are nasty, rude and disrespectful to customers and have an attitude as if they can be rude if they choose to be.
