CREDIT CARD SKIMMER ON PUMP!I stop here occasionally for gas & have had no problems until today. At 2:51 pm I used Pump #2 to buy premium. I used a credit card & tap method on 1st attempt to put in payment. A message appeared to "see the cashier". I went inside & was told that pump sometimes has errors. The cashier suggested I try again & if it still didn't work, to change pumps. I went back to Pump #2 & inserted card into chip reader. Just 10 minutes ago, I got a call from my bank stating fraudulent charges were appearing on my account. I only used the card that once today & no one else is authorized to use my card. My problem is I tried to call BP so they are aware before anyone else has an issue but no one answers the phone!

They charge 25 cent for each creamer regardless of how much you already spent. I was planning on spending like $15 but never mind .Overcharged Cigs Too!!!

Cashier won't allow customers to use loyalty rewards, worked fine yesterday when manager was opening store and today its back to "not working". Why would a company offer something that cannot be used!

Employees and Management in this store are very rude!!! I will never buy anything in this store ever or get gas. They need to treat store patrons that spend their hard earn money in store with more respect. If you frustrated cause you have a line don't take that frustrations on your customers. Just Plain RUDE!!!

This gas station was surprisingly very clean in the bathroom. And to my surprise there was a knock at the door on my way out with two associates to clean and mop the restroom again. Very much appreciated in this pandemic. All staff were friendly, plus wearing masks. There was a Sign on the door that said Masks are preferred ALL are welcome!
