Wouldn’t honor warranty. Stated it’s wear and tear. $200 boots should not fall apart within 6 months of lightweight work.

The two young ladies that helped me with a new cowboy hat were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend going into the store . Great customer service, very clean and organized store.

They carry so few women's work boots that they don't even have a section for them. You have to try to find them just mixed in with the rest of the women's boots and hope the other one is nearby.

This has to be one of the worst locations they have ! Have to wait in line to ask if they have your size and the place is a wreck with stuff sitting in the isle to trip over. Never stopping at one of these again !

Not one person came from behind the counter and offered to help me find a good pair of work boots. When i went to check out they acted like they were better than everyone in the store. Most other people left and didnt buy anything. Winston store is nicer. Ill be going there instead. They help you find what you are looking for.
