They didn't have the color I wanted but called another store for me, alowing me to have them for my daughter by Christmas!

My sister in Boston sent me a pair of Birkenstocks for my birthday. They were the wrong size and I did not have a receipt. I stopped into the Friendly Center store to inquire about exchanges.
