I am a new resident of Greensboro and own 2 Cadillacs. I am very confused about whether bill black will be a good dealer for me to use or not. you see, I've reviewed all the reviews, and all but one are either 1s or 5s. This dealership seems to either be loved or hated by everyone--there is really nobody in between. I'm really perplexed about what I should do when I need service for my two Cadillacs.

I have used their service department twice. The first time I gave them a list of 5 issues I needed fixed as I was about to travel a long drive. The most important issue was repairing the lock to the back door of my suv. I get to florida and it isn't repaired at all. Good thing I didn't need my Jack. I went more recently because my suspension system needed repair or replacement. They did nothing. When I pursued them to find out what happen in the last 2 weeks they said that they could not find any parts for my car bc it had been disconnected. Not even after market parts. Then I got charged app $200 for nothing. I took my car to a backyard mechanic who called around and in 2 days he found the parts. ???? Yeah these guys do not care about their customers nor their service.

Update: The service manager requested for me to contact him in regards to the incident that occurred at the dealership. I contacted him, thinking that he was looking for a resolve, however it was the complete opposite. I'm still confused of why he wanted me to contact him, I guess because I provided a negative review. The manager was no better than his employee, he stood behind the employees behavior and insisted he was correct. He informed me that his employee knew about warranties and I stated that if he knew that I was not supposed to be paying for the service unless the warranty company did not pay why did he take my money for the diagnostic testing of the car. I asked him why had his advisor not contacted Endurance to see if the claim would be covered, because the advisor did none of this. He stated there must have been a misunderstanding. I stated so your service advisor will take monies from people when they know that it is a possibility that the customer does not have to pay? I was shocked because even though I asked him this he continued to stand behind this behavior. I am disgusted beyond disgusted, because I have always thought this was good company to take your car to, however, I was mistaken. After, being on the phone with the manager and him insisting that I was wrong I asked what was the resolve to this issue and he stated its best you take your car somewhere else, in which I was, but no resolve. His point of reaching out to me was to let me know I was wrong. I contacted my warranty and they said no one had contacted them and that I am not responsible for any money and that my coverage would have paid for everything. Once again I will never go to a Bill Black Nothing!!! It was not the cost, it was the behavior and the acceptance of the behavior from upper management. I realize nothing is free in life, but to give your money away to people who behave this way towards their customers is out of order and that I will not do. Lesson learned. This service center is horrible. I had a appointment on Friday and did not receive a call in regards to what was going on with my car until Tuesday. Then after they informed me of some of what was going on with my car they Brandon said he would need to do additional diagnosis on the car very rudely. He was very rude and informed me that I would have to pay upfront even though I have a warranty in which is bumper to bumper. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a dealership. Then I asked him for the number for their corporate office and he said he could not provide me with it, but he could give me the number to customer service. He also informed me that it was good that I would not be utilizing their services. Needless to say I will never deal with this dealership again and will inform anyone who I know not to deal with this unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars I would do just that.

I bought a 2016 Colorado with the certified warranty. A story for another time is how sales people walked past me in the lot and never stopped. Called sales mgr and asked where the nearest Chevy dealer was that give customer service. He asked me to come back and give them another chance. A certified vehicle comes with a 12 mos 12k mile warranty bumper to bumper. NOT MY TRUCK. Everything I brought it back for was related to me as normal or not covered by warranty. Today, The service writer Wes didn't listen to me, just wanted to give excuses. Even told me not to interrupt him, he wanted to talk. He asked no questions except have I had the truck serviced. ( ALL service done) Then he said it would be $125.00 to check out the vehicle, as there was NO WARRANTY. Wes needs to go to Customer Service training or seek another career. I can't wait to go to the Country Club and tell them about Bill Black Chevrolet.

I had a much better experience at Bill Black than another dealer in town. They were able to fix my car quickly, even after the big snowstorm and being shorthanded. I was also kept updated and it didn’t break the bank at all. Very happy with them and will keep going back ??

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. From the start, Bill was great over the phone/email and then working with Tobias and Daryl to finalize the deal and paperwork. We found exactly what we wanted and they were fair, honest and kind. Everything you could ask for from a dealer. Will definitely go see them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevy or Cadillac.

Everyone I've worked with at this dealership has been very kind and attentive. Customer service has been outstanding. This past time I worked with Brady and he was able to get a big job done for me in a day. Their prices are higher because it is a dealership, but you get what you pay for, and I value the peace of mind I get in knowing the job will get done well and quickly.

I understand that things happen, but waiting 3 hours for a scheduled oil change is a bit ridiculous. Then once I was "ready", they couldn't find my keys. Then once they said they found it, they brought out a car that wasn't my own. The person helping says "oh, I think they might be giving you a free complementary wash." They had no idea where my keys or car was. Once they finally found my car, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish up. I'm not sure what the hold up was and they certainly did not give me a complementary wash.

Well I got a letter in the mail today from when my wife and I was buying a new XT4 Cadillac? Daryl ran our credit application through a credit reporting agency called Sagestream, llc? This credit reporting Agency is what I call a low score system just so they can charge you more for interest rate if you buy a car from them, so my advice is to anyone who is looking to buy a car new or used is to ask what credit scoring companies they will be using for your application? I am going to have all my credit reports blocked and therefore no one car dealership car can do as they please with the application and run it through all their lending companies. I have learned a valuable lesson from this dealership experience so it is up to you the consumer to protect your butt from anyone that you give your permission to run a credit application ask all the important questions about their business practices of your credit information please be aware of what you are planning on doing with your credit score each time it's ran your loose credit score points. Now that I have said all this, I hope that someone will take my advice and let's stop all these car dealership from doing unnecessary things to hurt us and not to just make a sell.

Brought our car in because it was smoking and they charged us over 1000 dollars to "fix it." Less than 3 weeks later it starts smoking again and their response was that it will be 6 days until they can look at it because it is "not high priority." This place is the reason our next car will not be a Chevy.

I have a 2016 SRX that is under warranty and needed repairs. The service department at Bill Black Cadillac repaired my car and even completed a complimentary oil change without charge. How often does THAT happen? They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it! Wow! I would like to share my appreciation and tell everyone I know. Reminds me of service of the past!
